    Full time results:
    • Forest Green 1-1 Wrexham
    • Harrogate 1-4 Newport
    • Notts County 3-4 Sutton
    • Salford 1-1 Colchester
    • Swindon 3-1 Tranmere
    • Walsall 2-1 Accrington.
    Finished the night in 16th, Walsall have moved into the play offs with 51 points form 34 with their next few fixture looking favourable so they could be one to watch if they keep their winning run going. Notts County looked all over the place defensively so if we get the 1st goal we could get a few

    Well a few interesting results.

    Notts County Saturday’s visitors dropping like a stone. Harrogate are like a limpet on that stone!! Both sinking very fast.

    Accrington also tumbling. Although really out of touch for us, the media current darlings Wrexham, were lucky to get a draw against bottom feeders Forest Green.

    Where you get losers you get winners. Walsall on an imperious run and Newport not far behind. If I was a betting man, then those two look likely to get the Play Off slots, along with MK Dons and one of Wrexham or Crewe.

    I would think it will be McDonald and Gilliead in the defensive midfield with Richards as left wing back. Stubbs will be at the back if Platt is still unfit.

    Because they are currently 9 teams above us and all it takes it’s for a few of them to gain 2 wins also.

    The saying is that it’s the hope that kills you!

    However, so fans on here don’t understand our failure of a club at all!

    Well I don’t think those are too bad tbh

    As we will have a refreshed team on Saturday, we need to totally rinse Notts Co. We have as much chance of that 7th spot as anyone, despite some of our ultra negative fans, so why shouldn’t we keep the hope alive!

    So you and many others keep saying but I’m yet to see anyone come up with a viable alternative.
    Please nip down to VP today and take a photo of the queue of wannabe buyers with millions in the bank to buy the club and surplus millions to keep it going.
    I won’t wait and hope because that will definitely kill me.

    I'm not so sure you know. I think Wrexham are a bunch of bottle jobs who seem to crumble when they have no Plan B. I'd personally rather have a semi-inconsistent Wrexham than an in-form Walsall or MK
