Maybe a clever aspect of this is the players want
T&S and will continue to bust a gut until they are
appointed? If so, why change it?

Downside would be if an offer came in for them
and it was too good to turn down. Losing them
would be a missed opportunity.

If T&S are happy enough as is then let it remain
as it is and see where we are at end of season. If
we got promoted via play offs then the job would
surely be theirs .

A tricky one for the club because they have to pay two wages - and equally. The lads wont ve expensive but they certainly wont be cheap if this form continues into May....other clubs will be aware too.

T&S can name their price in May - possibly even now. They couldnt a couple of months ago. Smart playing the waiting game for all parties...

In real life, and I would somehow class football as real life, people dont quit jobs after two meetings with a new boss and not having at least tried to make a go of it. He went because he had an offer on the table. If that wasnt there then there is no chance in a million years he would have made himself unemployed after a brief chat with Rahic.

Get real man. This is real life. You don't walk out on a good job without another to go to unless you have something lined up and the speed with which he was unveiled at Bolton says exactly that.

Parky's not daft, why would he walk out and risk unemployment when he could have waited to be sacked and get compensation. He had a year left on his contract.

You are not living in the real world if you think he left after two 20 minutes chats with Rahic because he "didnt like his vibe". You are just creating an urban myth with absolutely no substantiation.
