Well he obviously wants a move there. He is constantly liking anything by Tranmere, Everton and Wigan. Absolutely zero on City!

I would have loved Spearing at City. He does like his clubs in the north west though.

 

Jay spearing went to tranmere because he lives on the wirral he was never moving this way. Furthest he as ever moved is Blackburn and that gave him a nosebleed.

 

Blackpool is further from the Wirral than Blackburn. But apart from that .

 

Seen various different suggestions that Spearing will be on anything between £4500 and £11000 a week, not that I believe the higher figure, but I would imagine he has gone to Tranmere for as good a wage as he could command now too. Maybe Tranmere can afford Vaughan too after all!

 

Perhaps it is coming slightly south and slightly inland that causes the nosebleed!

 

Well he was rumoured to be on over 10,000 a week at Blackpool so it's likely he will still be on a fair whack. In other possibly related news, I've seen somewhere that Tranmere sacked 20 staff the other week.

I find it appalling myself, they’ve just made 20+ staff redundant and Arsenal over 50 yesy they’re able to sign players on far more money who probably of already earned far more than the people made redundant will make in their lives. Working men’s sport my arse.
