    Donaldson is a workhorse. Someone who runs the channels and likes a battle with the defenders. Would also chip in with a few goals. I very much doubt the owners would pay his wages though...

    Yes I always liked him when he played against us and the games I've seen on TV the reason I asked was he's
    35 next coming down a league he will have more cloggers to contend with, and as you point out he wont come cheap.

    I agree. I think Chicksen is a reasonable league 1 full back and an excellent crosser of the ball. We are not going to get another Mezza.

    Leigh is signing for a Dutch club - it was on twitter yesterday.
    No way we’ll sign two wingers when we’ve already got Robinson, Gibson and Hudson. I think we’ll sign one.
    Donaldson won’t come here because we won’t pay the wages.
    I 100% expect Wyke to leave.

    Why?? Relegated from our division last year. Northampton fans don’t seem to rate him. Granted he had a good game against us at VP but plenty of players do!!

    I think he adds much needed physicality to our team and also height.. and whenever I have seen him play he picks the ball up and drives forward with it.

    Adds height but that’s it, not exactly a creative midfielder. Can’t say I’m excited about him but will give him 100% backing if he’s wearing a city shirt

    Not every midfielder needs to add creativity.. you need other things from a midfielder as well
