I was sat refreshing from 8.40 this morning and at 8.45 they disappeared.
Persevered though and at 8.57 they came on line and finally managed to get her one sorted!
Alls well that ends well.

 

I’d like to see them put everyone back to 0 and watch the meltdown on here

 

The loyalty system is working as intended in my opinion. It won't please all and some superfans will miss out now and again, but at least you won't waste money on a coach with no chance of tickets....

 

That situation is a disgrace, the 25 year situation was a bad enough co*k up but having to get your season ticket scanned (and hope the scanners are working correctly) IMO is a disgrace, when you buy a season ticket you should automatically get 23 x xx points.

Can you shed some light on this @Bradford End ?.

 

I seem to be missing loyalty points for Newport away. Somewhat disappointing given the distance travelled and the soaking endured.

 

Just checked mine and me and my lad are both missing points from the 5 home games prior to Sutton.
We always use the same turnstiles.
Seems there is some kind of glitch in the system.

You’ll be fine for a ticket but my lads on exact same points as you so totally agree regards the points margin . Am in the first bracket . If they have say a 1,000 tickets why not just say how many is in each category so people no weather they’ll he ok to do it the one transaction . I like the points system but It does need improvement

 

I hear what you are saying, the points system has worked for me for pretty much all season, unfortunately I am now on 1630 and my 17 year old (who I don't ever go without) only has 1570 points . Having checked through my purchase history, we have been allocated 20 points for every away game we have been to (we have done most games this season). So the fault clearly lies with the scanning of his ST card at the VP turnstiles. Very frustrating but it is what is is I suppose

 

I like it in principle and if 960 people have been to more games / accrued more points than me then all good, they’ve done the hard yards (I’ve been to probably two thirds away games including some of the long trips).
It may be that 1450 is the number where the cut off means everyone above that gets a ticket. Fingers crossed….

 

To me it seems we have 900 fans over 1450 points. As no one in the later bracket has seen no tickets available to them. Infact every single game, even Harrogate has fallen to Season Ticket holders even if it was only a handful of tickets.

 

Just bought mine - I have 1630 points.

I can't complain about the points system because I've done alright by it. But I do feel a bit sorry for those southern-based Bantams fans who, for obvious reasons, don't have a ST and only attend the southern away games and the occasional home game. Even if they've been to all the southern games they'll have no chance whatsoever of getting a ticket for this, likely the most dramatic/important southern game of the season (potential playoffs excluded, of course).

 

If that was the case then why wouldn’t they just say you need 1450 points to get a ticket?
All 900 would be guaranteed a ticket so no need for a second selling window. Any remaining tickets just go to first come first served standard season ticket holder.

My dad has got two lots of points for Hartlepool game.

 

That’s really bad that people who should be entitled to buy tickets won’t be able to do so.
I think they should abandon any plans for safe standing and all those associated costs and spend the money on automated turnstiles to take the scanning responsibility away from the £2 an hour brigade.

 

Unfortunately not everyone is in a position to do that. I work in Lancashire and start at 7am, so I have no option except online/phone unless I have a day holiday

That was relatively painless to get.

If they are still on sale till tomorrow it suggests that the brackets are guaranteed which begs they question why not just sell up to 1450 on day 1?
