Out of interest when you go into your purchase history does your season ticket show up from this current year?

 

How do I purchase season tickets for friends and family? I've added them but no option to buy, only mine.

 

I think you’ll find the answer amongst the 26 pages of this thread. It’s a bit of a farce and you might be best going down to the ticket office to sort it depending on how many you need to buy.

 

I had the same, ticket office your only chance, club are going to lose thousands over this unless they act PDQ ....

 

they need to adjust their settings to allow you to manage their tickets

if you all have access to your own accounts it is straight forward

i’ve been down to ticket office this morning and found out the problem. I sit in NW corner, few blocks across from the ‘atmosphere’ lot and they are closing the stand (except front eight rows) next season, due to poor behaviour of the atmosphere section, so my current seat is now unavailable next year.

it would have been nice to have been emailed and updated to give a heads up we’ll have to move next year, but hey ho.

 

Can’t believe they haven’t made an announcement of it that’s shocking, and if they have they should have done a lot better job of advertising it.

still think its another example of poor communication from the club though.

know a few others in this stand, apart from my brother, and none of us were aware!

Given the ticketing system has this notification feature is it really that hard to email or message the few hundred affected and make it clear they will have to move when renewing?

I used to sit in Midland Road on halfway line and in those days letters were a thing. Sure the club wrote to you when away fans were taking over the away end and we had to move for segregation purposes…..that was for a one off game, not buying a ST.

Poor communication the norm these days though.

 

So closing it due to the poor behaviour of the "atmosphere" mob, but are happy to move them into a spot nearer the pitch, you couldn't make that up.

If they are closing it for that reason, why on earth did they waste time and money with a survey that gave an option of them staying in the Norman Corner ?

Another mess up to add to the list of Spark's ever increasing mess ups.

 

The survey was just a box ticking exercise, General. It was a simple ‘do you think the section should be moved’ question. Don’t think there was a feedback box, so I reckon the club were always gonna move it and used the token results from the survey as a means of jusifying it. People (stewards I presume) are fed up of the persistent standing apparently.

shame that the pond life in that section - who don’t have a brain cell between them - have forced the closure of one of the best vantage points in the ground.

Problem is moving them so close to the pitch. If two of them rub their brain cells together (one each) they will implode and end up on the pitch at some point. Surely the back of the kop was the only logical place for them. Behind chicken wire.

 

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the top of the main stand is closed, subject to sales with those up there moved at "no expense" to the supporter.

Though, that would prove a problem to our disabled and carers support.

What does our "Director of Ticketing" actually do?

We've had a new system rolled out with hardly any guidance from the ticket office, no comment whatsoever after tickets for three games went on sale at the same time, only nobody could actually buy them, and now we have this where people cannot renew their tickets but haven't been told why.

The strange thing is that there's people who think the system is the problem, rather than the clowns actually administering it.

 

I find it so easy to have a go at the club these days because they are so good at setting themselves up for a massive backlash.
This new ticketing system as been absolutely fraught with teething problems from day one simply due to poor communication with the fanbase.
At present I'm still awaiting a response regarding loyalty or now know as City points to be put right on my account, nothing doing so far.
Trying to avoid face to face because it's not the staffs fault.
They can send out as many season ticket reminders as they like but if folk can't fathom our how to use the ticketing website how on earth do they expect supporters to renew their present seat in such a short timeframe.

 

6 renewed today! Once I got friends and family list sorted it was dead easy.

I didn't get charged any websales fee or anything though which I thought was odd

 

Hgate town season tickets.

Also town have posted a loss of 2.5 mill for ylthe previous year

 

£415 for an early bird ST seat .
There would be riots outside VP if we announced those prices.

Maybe it’s time we held our hands up and say we’ve had it soooooo good with cheap prices for over a decade.
The only reason it can remain cheap is if we sell in bulk.
Once those numbers drop I’m sorry to say we’ll see similar prices very soon.

Then cluck account management
Then click freinds and family
Then click add people
It'll ask your for their fan number (last 5 digits on season ticket)
And surname
They will then receive an email where they have to accept.

Or just ring the ticket office and they will do it
