I thought it was TicketZone that ripped off card details for the League cup final.

 

It might seem a daft question but why change NOW at the end of the season,
Rather than bring in the new stuff for next season 2024-25?

 

Can someone screenshot where exactly the points show in your account? Maybe my account hasn't fully migrated but I can't seem to find it anywhere?

 

Friends and family won’t transfer - you need to do that manually.
Customer number and surname only

As for points, who knows. A couple of us have asked where they can be found, but those saying they have had them applied haven’t answered so not sure if they’re on the wind up or not

 

My mate went to the ticket office this morning and renewed his, mine, and my son's tickets no problem. No handling charge either!

 

the process of actually renewing by your season tickets is straight forward. Log in click on the option to renew and add to basket and then pay.

I think the issue people are having is with transferring to the new system. The new system itself once you have transferred over is straight forward. I think the issue is they didn’t issue any directions before launching the website. They launched it and then issued directions as and when people questioned how to do stuff.

 

I’d say within 14 days you can probably cancel, but after that it would be down to clubs discretion.

I was hoping we might see a more sensible per transaction fee rather than per ticket fee.

I usually buy for multiple people and it can work out very expensive.

 

We do know - it was mentioned in another thread. The existing provider was pulling out of sports ticketing at the end of this season. Still doesn't excuse the shoddy implementation.

 

I don't know what the deadline should be, but I do feel the club are calling our bluff. I think they will extend the deadline or get rid of it altogether. People want some clarity on where the club is heading before renewing. If the clarity comes later in the close season I can't see many people renewing at £349 a pop - although they might be more inclined if the price was still £249.

 

It is not the price that is putting ppl off it is other factors. I doubt we would be in this position if the the club was run properly. A cynical ploy to to get ppl tied up their seats and commitment in my view. One that I very much doubt will pay off. However nothing surprises me about Bradford City atm.

 

What I meant was that many people will want to retain their seat because they want to sit around the people they’ve become friends with or simply because they like the view and so will feel pressured into renewing early to ensure that.

Probably best to scratch everyone’s points and start again next season, it’s not as if anyone is bothered about going now!!!

 

Have to say once you activated your account, which was easy to do once you actually found the button which was probably the only faff, the renewal was really easy and straightforward. It probably takes 1-2 minutes.
