based on an I-Follow season ticket.......
    1) No one will see me “sneaking out” if we’re getting tonked
    2) I won’t have to show my hatred of L**ds by standing up
    3) we can’t blame the home form on the players being intimidated by the VP atmosphere
    4) I can drink all the way through the match
    5) I don’t have to wait in line for a half time piss, i can wash my hands in hot water, my eyes don’t sting due to the smell of urine
    6) I don’t risk my car being Broken into whilst the match is on
    7) I won’t get rained on in the first tier of the main stand
    8) I won’t have to risk being run over by a golf GTI on the midland Rd
    9) I can watch all of the early kick off premier league game before leaving rather than missing the last 30 mins
    10) Football..........our midfield looks better, erm Guthrie’s probably not as shit as we thought, erm......never wanted Vaughn in the first place......now I’m struggling!!

In the sixty odd years I have been following this club it has had a lot more downs than up three times I have been to meetings trying to raise money to save it. The majority of the time has been spent in the bottom division once we had the indignity of having to go cap in to the rest of the league clubs keep us In. The good Times in between have been like finding water after walking through the desert.
So where we are now is nothing new it’s the norm I don’t like it nobody does but it doesn’t stop me from supporting the football club that I love which has been a big part of my social life all through my days. Chairmen managers and players are transient its supporters should be permanent.

Callum Cooke given the chance to play his natural role and guess what? Looks a far better player for it.

1 the most affordable professional football in the country
2 football is coming back after nearly six months
3 we appear to have ridden out the storm of Covid better than most
4 our commercial department have done good job with keeping and increasing our presence
5 season tickets are of to a good start
6 sales of home shirts at a record
    7 an improved midfield
8 scoring plenty of goals pre season
9 still have money available to strengthen
10 it’s the start of the season if you can’t at least be positive then you might as well make the short journey to Elland Road

without the moaners rahic would still be here and people like yourself would just happily be clapping us into irrelevance. you cant have a go at people who want more from the club than you do because look at where we are. tinpot league, shite team, no scouting set up and abysmal transfer windows year on year. Then we've just put in a bullshit bid for maynard when we were never really interested, its just to mug people like yourself off who don't think the club is capable of telling lies and treating us all like idiots. Big changes need to happen at the club and they wont happen with pointless optimisim

Where he lives makes no difference to his opinion on the club, i don't usually agree with his outlook on most things Bradford City but to be fair to him he puts the miles in to support his team. I do agree with the sentiment in your last sentence though. At the moment Bradford City feels as flat as a witches tit. I know Covid isn't helping but the overall feel of the current goings on is that of a club happy to just tread water, almost relieved that the salary cap has given them a ready made excuse if the shit hits the fan. We were a club with a losers tag until Parky gave the club its soul back. And its something McCall has to do again after 3 seasons of abject failure, i'm just not sure the appetite for that to happen from above McCall is really there.

It’s a difficult city to get passionate about these days due to certain postcodes, but one I still love, not the one I grew up in - I made my exit 15 years ago.

if someone’s positive about all things bcfc then good on them but they can’t expect the rest of us to share that view especially in the current climate.

Childish comments like ‘Bye Bye’ don’t do Park any favours.

Yeah since rahic revealed himself as a massive mentalist egomaniac and got us relegated, somethings been proper missing in terms of the soul of the club. VP has no atmosphere (pre covid, definitely none now), whereas before it was genuinely a great experience turning up with 16k other fans all going mad. No excitement, im not looking forward to any of it this year and thats been my feeling for the last few seasons now. The relegation season actually hurt emotionally having to go and watch such spineless performances week in week out. Rahic, Rupp and everyone else involved has done a great job of sucking absolutely all the joy out of being a Bradford fan

Well said Steve. I mentioned Morrisons a few weeks back and would they be happy to regress to how they were in the 70s and 80s. Football is a business with paying customers so why be any different. We were streets ahead where we are now only 3 years ago, never mind 20 year ago in the PL!

I’ve seen poor times before and I’ll still go, but I wouldn’t judge anyone who doesn’t. And just because I go doesn’t make me happy with the status quo.

It worries me when we have board members on here just hoping for the best, instead of giving us positivity with a way forward. When we have that and the manager saying let’s see what crops up it makes it difficult to be positive.

We have absolutely to plan or direction at the top make no mistake about it, it’s cheap and let’s hope for the best are our go to strategy. Not good enough.

Does anybody seriously believe that DB would have swapped a job as CEO of a reasonably successful, well-financed PL club for a similar job in a struggling club without two pennies to rub together in the khazi division on about a quarter of the salary?

We wont have to see Akpan or Mellor in a City shirt. Huge positives right there.

Speaking as a fan there. Do you seriously think I would keep spending that level of money if I didn't feel success was round the corner? Now that's confidence!

Clubs like Burton and Fleetwood have shown what can be done in a short space of time with ambitious owners who run their clubs like i suspect they run their successful businesses. If your history show a continual diet of shit munching in the bottom tier then the only thing that will change that is owners with a self belief and a desire to succeed beyond all others.I understand what Park means, once you start supporting you shouldn't stop but that doesn't mean blind loyalty to something that has no real desire to push itself forward. If i don't see some sort of long term plan emerge in the next year or two i'll still support but it will be from afar because i have no desire to watch league 2 football on regular basis.

Thank god the moaners were proactive in their desire to rid Rahic and uncover his actions at this club. If it wasn't for the moaners, we're would this regressive club be now? As the likes of you who wouldn't stand up to the obvious issues.

Deeper in the mire. But don't worry the uber happy positive fans would find a positive, rather than challenge the issues, that befall this club.

Same with Bowyer. Happy to have a club to support but not challenge much of the ineptitude.

So we have the likes of you whom would see stardust and glitter on shite rather than question the club, it's actions and it's methods.

Maybe, we could do without you ultra positive folk renewing. Win, win.

Remember the very same person whom mocked and cajuled the banner and plane situation, to rid Rahic (and Rupp) yet due to weather was abandoned. Yet he doesn't want these moaners to renew labelling as "win, win".

Thank god a direction was taken by some of our supporters. Just where would this club be now with the likes of Park?

    Laughable.
