More and more people with close connections to the club are speaking out though. It's toxic. Broken.

 

And will it mean the end to their pod casts from within the ground, pretty scathing video and they will know far more than the average fan, as they said speaking to ex-players and members of staff and some damning comments from them, but they will be bitter ex-employees won't they .

 

The fact that our accountants keep leaving is a concern to me.

Is it just a case of Rahic treating all of his employees like shit? Or signs or something more sinister....?

 

It’s great that we can get back to football with a new coach that gives us hope but I suspect we are far from finished with the incompetent dealings of Edin Rahic. His story will continue.

 

I see it slightly differently. Unfortunately, the appointment of Hopkin is a 'sideshow'. The biggest issue with the club is Rahic. We shouldn't lose sight of it. He needs to go.

Whilst I agree in part, what the frig are you talking about with this sentence, “as they brutally dismembered the Wembley team”. No they didn’t. The players themselves did that...!

However, where I do agree with you is that we replaced those players with crap alternatives.

 

Absolute poppycock.

In no way was Rahic correct. Condemnation of him started at the end of the season where McCall lead us to Wembley. Rumours were rife that he had told McCall to go on the eve of the biggest game for a few years. That continued all through that summer, so had NOTHING to do with results. The poor replacements for the likes of Mezza, McArdle, Clarke, Marshall etc didn’t help fans’ mood. Again, before a ball had been kicked.

That animosity grew at the beginning of January, just as the poor run was about to start. The ‘incident’ at Yeovil and the clear discontent within the squad put further pressure on Rahic.

But to say it was down to results is poor. It had already started as soon as he started to make big cuts to the budget to fund his ‘development model’. To suggest otherwise is gullible at the very least

 

Get back to your idiotic comments on the T&A fella. Fans are right to feel let down by Rahic and you have no right to belittle them for that view.

We had season on season progress until Rahic replaces good players with poor replacements. There are no excuses fella.

As for “signing some DECENT players in the summer”, why weren’t they signed LAST summer or even last January? And are they actually that good as a squad?

Think back to the squad that won promotion from L2 (and followed up with 11th in League1), are you saying this season’s players are bettter than them? I’d argue that that group of L2 players were actually better than the group signed to win promotion to the Championship.

Sorry, but you could go through most of the squad and whilst these signings aren’t bad, there are arguments that they aren’t even better than the squad that finished 7th in the tier below. Obviously not quite as simply as that, but you see my point.

The recruitment this season was ok. It wasn’t any better than that. There are 2-3 players that many L1 sides would have been interested in. Other than those though, we have a relatively weak squad.

19 very strange individuals voted Yes, even with the hindsight of year on year progress totally destroyed. It will take years to rebuild again. The mind really boggles.

When you think where we were after wembley to where we are now and remember the two constants in this decline, I cannot understand how people can vote yes.

 

Too painful to think about that, just can’t. We are nowhere near, does anybody care at the club anymore? I have no idea why Rupp and Rahic are at our club, I presume to make money, but that will not happen until we are promoted. Do Rupp and Rahic share the same values? We have had nothing but disruption since they got here, and no sign it will end anytime soon.

 

For smashy and Nicey to have such a negative view of the goings on at city it shows just what a shithouse E*** has been behind the scenes.
