The farcical way we went about appointing a manager in the summer, and the end result was the final straw for me
.

 

I would gladly go to their houses and help them pack up if it meant they were no longer connected in anyway to Bradford City Football Club.

 

This is going to be more one sided than a Russian general election methinks.

 

Me too. I was quite supportive until then and now the glaring mistakes in recruitment. Enough's, enough!

 

I'm not sure Edin would take notice of @wetherbywhaler or any other Ambassador come to that, Edin's got rid of employees for not toeing the party line, fortunately our Ambassadors pay for the privilege and are not on the pay role.

 

Wanted it to work... believed they had the right intentions. Doesn't seem to be turning out that way. Rapidly losing faith. Tomorrow is the first game in a long long time that I almost don't care if we win lose or draw. No faith in the coach, no team identity, no relationship between the players and the fans... very, very sad state of affairs.

I can accept mistakes but I can't accept ripping out the soul of the club and the alleged treatment of the majority of staff, including players. They need to go.

 

We all did @RowZ, several have been saying things on here and I can understand fellow fans quoting the ITK and asking for names, some of the stuff we were hearing just didn't make sense, and I questioned if it was a vendetta against the owners.
The worrying thing is it has come to this that we doubt the very people we want to make a sucsess of OUR club and their investment which makes it all even more baffling, does Stefan know just what his partner is doing and if so just how long will he allow it to go on.

I was going to vote Yes as a sympathy vote but on second thoughts a resounding NO.

 

Good intentions but out of their depth, looking at the current squad and management set up, they are really floundering now and it's out of control and only going to end badly.

I am watching Leeds v Boro and thinking how close the teams were only 4 years ago, light years away now.

 

Hmm, they sack McCall on the basis of a short blip in the context of his overall tenure, purposefully fail to back him n the transfer window with the players he actually needs. They make such an impression on Simon Grayson that he couldn't escape quick enough. The summer search for a new 'Head Coach' was just a joke and they end up appointing a complete novice who never applied for the job!

I still honestly believe that Rahic and Rupp want to bring success to this club and some of their actions back this assumption up, namely significant investment in the pitch, ground maintenance, buying back the shop and upgrading of suits. They have clearly invested money in the player budget and brought in some very talented players for this level. However, I can't escape the feeling that something isn't quite right.

I'm a firm believer in the saying, 'people don't leave their jobs, they leave their boss'. If Edin was such a great guy to work for then the turn over of staff wouldn't be so alarmingly high!

If you gave me the option of retaining Lawn and Rhodes or selling the club to Rahic and Rupp right now then I would have Lawn and Rhodes back in a heartbeat! They gave us stability and had a strategy that was working. Why rip it up?!

 

Rupp- We seem to be more financially sound under him in comparison to the previous regime.

Rahic- He's fallen out with players and staff, has a flawed youth policy which he doesn't know how to implement, has employed an amateur coaching team who are out of their depth, is far too heavily involved for someone who has very little knowledge in football, is solely responsible for the toxic atmosphere circulating around the club and is utterly deluded. With him running the show, we'll be playing in non league soon.

Back to your question, I'd re-elect Rupp

 

Usually in an election you have a choice of at least 2 candidates. The absence of any alternative leads me to abstain, although if there was any alternative then I would have to consider it!
