We are all guessing in honesty as to the specifics for next season. The manager, the owners, the players, the budget.

Steve alludes to changing the manager and getting rid of some of the players /deadwood which I agree has cost implications.

Imagine, we have 16 players left including Riley, Wright, Reeves, Patrick, McCartan . Just how do we move forward as a club when Hopkin clearly doesn't trust these guys.

Something has to give. No matter the budget, it ain't gonna come cost free moving forward

Who mentioned competing I said stability that's where you are trying to twist things to suit your question like bsa has said it could take till 2030 to get back to league 1 but the way we are going we could be playing non league by then on a regular occurrence.

I agree Steve he should accept what is offered but supposing nothing is on the table (which is highly probable a club without assets is worth nothing) what does he do then only two options as i see it he either sinks a small percentage of his reported fortune in or he just puts it into administration and I really don't think we would survive it this time

I doubt there's any incentive for the long term injured players to bother trying to come back.Maybe they saw this ages ago?

With everything that has gone on these last couple of years administration might be a distinct possibility but here's hoping it doesn't come to that but only time will tell . I just can't see rupp digging deep .

Agreed. But I think your answer ducks a real response when your questioning other posters suggestions

Me neither but I just can not see what he has to sell it looks like we will be a L2 club that doesn't own its ground, players that clearly aren't fit to wear the shirt drawing good money on longish contracts and a massive reduction in income for next season Maybe I am fed up and angry after witnessing that today but really can't see a feasible solution

Me neither and nor can I really blame him. The link between Rupp and Bradford City was investment Imo to get a return.

My worry with no substance whatsoever is that Rupp may well want his investment monies and costs around the Rahic episode remunerated.

No but moving the manager and backroom
    Staff is cheaper.

This is another reason Hopkin needs to go.

Fordy I so agree but I wouldn't wish to bank on Wright and Reeves moving forward. I dunno tbh

No great fan of Mr Hopkin but who would you replace him with
Our outlook at the moment looks bleak to say the least even without Mr Rahic we are not an attractive proposition to any prospective manager

No need to twist things mate. Next season could be one of the most important ones in our history.

All the deadwood are on massive contracts and are going to prove impossible to shift.

Mate, managers would love to take the job at Bradford CIty.

    Hurst for example

    Really !!!
With no money to spend a set of players who are contracted but don't really want to be here
The club is living in very uncertain times I really hope I am wrong but the next manager is risking a huge blot on his CV or are wanting a "pay day"
