I just feel totally deflated, I cannot believe we literally through this game away. 0-1 all we had to do was pass the ball and run them around, and take our chances when they came. We didn’t do that, and we just allowed them back in. No leadership something we have been missing all season. No game management. I know it is still possible but after that, I honestly don’t think we can now.
We now face league 2 indebted and players who we can’t get rid of.

After 12 minutes I thought we have all the aces and I started to relax but it's not the thing to do as we flatter to deceive.Their top scorer gets sent off and with the shocking run they are (were) on,I thought this vital game is ours for the taking....but no, they raise you up as high as they can then destroy you with absolute capitulation. Dreadful, awful, what a way to deter season ticket sales!

Same. Positive and thought we would slowly climb the table. Without going on a storming run I thought we had enough about us to slowly climb
However today has set us back weeks I feel. Not just the defeat but the manner of it and the fact it’s meant we will spend yet more weeks in the bottom four
We are down. Tough 3 games to come and can’t see us getting more than a point from any of themUtters0, Fordy117, EdwinB and 1 other person like this. -

I've said for most of the season O'Connor is no captain.
I knew that one of Hopkin's worst mistakes was to make or keep O'Connor as captain.
He is one of the worst captains I have seen at Bradford City Football Club!!!

As for making changes next week? Bollocks, there is nobody to bring in and Gok Wan will still be failing to stop crosses at left back. The Evidence and bantam2708 like this. -
- Which quality player wants to come to a side which is in a relegation battle. Not many players will want to have a relegation on their playing history.
- Money. We are reportedly £2 million in debt, so the amount available to attract players will not be great.
- Blackpool and Coventry both clubs ‘in trouble’ quickly gained promotion from League 2. Add Doncaster to that and decline is not inevitable. Even Portsmouth spent a fair chunk down there and where were Luton Town two seasons ago.

At 1-0 against 10 men of a team with the worst current form in the league that game there was there for the taking in the first half. Go 2-0 in at half time it’s a whole different game and second half. There confidence will have been super low and there for the taking. Instead our intensity at 1-0 was low. The amount of time the ball rolled from Chicksen along the back four to the other wing was too much. Butterfield regularly has the ball and the four ‘front men’ ahead of him offered little movement. That equaliser was coming before it actually came. IMO we did nothing to manage that game at 1-0 and I don’t care how many people want to blame Hopkin, if those 11 players on the pitch can’t take responsibility to see a game out when it’s there for the taking in that scenario, then how do they justify their shirt?Stop hovering to collapse... Not knocking your commitment ‘one iota’.
I felt you were overly optimistic for weeks.
However to now see what you now say, makes for a very pessimistic outcome to the season seem likely.
I still think there is a chance, as a lot of clubs are in the ‘lower table’ mess, however a defeat like today is potentially of a seismic level!Fordy117 likes this. -

1 point from the last 3 games, when some overly optimistic fans were expecting 7 points, has sealed our fate now sadly in my opinionbantamdave41 likes this. -
