Then he comments this could the players last chance in the EFL, again could he be referring to Vučkić, since he left City he's had a spell at Twente which was very productive 44 games 15 goals then signed for Real Zaragoza, he's still only 28, could it be Vučkić that Ryan wants to bring in.

Your possibly right but I believe Ryan has mentioned Vučkić previously, maybe I'm pinning too much on this comment :
He’s well aware that this could be his last chance in the EFL.
That suggests he's recently not been playing in the EFL.

How about Marc McNulty he's spent most of his time out on loan in Scotland from championship club Reading, and he was on loan at City at the same time as Vuckic.

I believe the standard of football at Twente and Real Zaragoza is far superior to that at Bradford City, maybe I'm reading too much into it, we'll know soon.

Yes quite remarkable, he goes to Coventry and scores for fun, Reading pay silly money for him when his goals dry up so the lad gets hacked around on loan as you say.
