I’ve dealt with James Martin before and I can confirm he is a total Twit.

 

Nah, he just fuXXXd off his fans and went on a jolly. AKA "I am leaving social media". I think I've posted before, but he's on the list of Yorkshireman I'm most embarrassed about.

 

Sadly me too. I went from working with Ken Hom, who was an absolutely humble guy, and went out of his way to make everything work (this was the Good Food Show at the NEC about 18 years ago), along with James Martin and Brian Turner who were absolute prima donnas ( we were cooking with beer, and it was when I was the brand manager for Grolsch) . I did point this out to them - "who have most people heard of, you guys or Ken Hom?" Unfortunately this got them both even more upset. Oliver also turned up later, and they were all more bitchy than a bag of cats. Turner has now got too old to be a continued celeb....unlike Ken..who keeps going. Whenever I see his pans in a store over here in Tallinn, I tell my son " I know that guy!!, but James Martin seems to be getting smarmier and smarmier each year. Proper arrogant. And Oliver, well I guess he's banked his money and will be doing almost anything to get on tv like Gordon Ramsay does these days (16 stars and he feels he has to go on a boat ride with that idiot Italian?).

The way he continually changes his pronunciation of butter gets on my nerves. One minute it's how a lad from Idle might say it, the next it's like he's the queen's second cousin.

 

I was fine until 4/5 hours after I had my booster jab, to be fair I had my flu jab at the same time. Bad headache, couldn't get warm and felt like I had just been given a good kicking by Fordy's midgets.
So I sympathise with ANYONE feeling under the weather.

 

Me too you can do nothing without your health
Just think how much better you will feel after your 4th 5th and 6th Jab

 

I think Rupp could/should start to build some bridges with fans by spending more time in Bradford at fans forum events.
I don’t wanna hear Sparks bullshit, I wanna hear it from the organ grinders mouth on how he intends to push our club forwards rather than just stagnate and survive in league 2.
This coming January window is crunch time for him really because failure to invest could see season ticket sales drop substantially in the summer.

 

I can't cope with too many pricks.

 

If anyone seriously thinks that January is going to be a magical, game-changing super month then you’re in for a serious reality check and heavy disappointment.

We have an owner who can’t be arsed to travel to Bradford in years and is more interested in having a public war of who’s lying with a bunch of IT kids over the pond.

We have a CEO who literally runs away, hides and goes as far as deleting his engagement platform with fans when the going gets tough.

We have yes-men board members who back inept hierarchy and attempt to coerce fans into thinking they’re wrong and everything is ok.

We have a manager who plays shite football and has a reputation throughout the EFL of being a miserable sod which appeals to only dross footballers who are only just trying to retain their status as a professional.

Unless Dynamo comes in with a wand the only direction we’re heading is for the trap door to non-league within 2 seasons.

 

What’s the answer then if Rupp won’t sell, won’t invest and won’t come to Bradford regularly to engage with fans?
Promotion is very much still achievable through the play offs this season if the right players are brought in to strengthen and our existing key players can stay fit.
If we are still in the basement next season we’ll be lucky to shift 8000 season tickets especially if price goes up.

 

Yet you frequent this forum....there's plenty on here.

 

The answer is we either;

1. We meekly accept it and be grateful we've got a club (ala parkbantam) whilst continually moaning on BT that nothing will change.

2. We stop buying season tickets, stop attending completely and find something else to do on a Saturday.

3. The fans get together and organise initiatives to try and force through a sale from Rupp such as boycotts and demonstrations. Perhaps even a fly over if we can find an organiser with the bollocks to put the plane in the air.

Everyone, I suppose, has to make their own choice.

4) Contact all the sponsors and say we won’t buy from you while Rupp owns the club.

 

It's fine. I don't want to buy a plastic seat or any advanced oils and lubricants anyway.

 

I think he should relocate here. He could live above the old crowne

 

I bet Fordy would like some lubricant.

 

I've some happy memories from Ye Old Crown, especially around Christmas time
