Just sent him another e-mail as he said he answers all of them that aren’t abusive.

Seeing as he didn’t answer the question from the guy who wasn’t going to renew his season ticket,I’ve asked him how he can convince my wife and I to renew our tickets and what tangible processes are in place to make a successful season more likely.
There was no abuse at all in my e-mail,so we’ll see if he’s a man of his word.

Interestingly I copied in the Hello@BCFC address on both occasions in case I didn't have the correct email address, thinking they could forward onwards. First time bog standard OOO type response, now there is a redirection to the Supporters Board...
