Because we waited for Edin to put it right last January ........and then in the summer.

Let's do nothing. At least we can say we stood by and watched our club turn to sh1t.

 

Fair enough, I struggle to see how protesting and boycotting now will encourage a better response but at least it a reason.

 

i'm sure after the flyover they launch a crowdfund for the fine.

Don't put yourself down mate we are all pissed of with the situation at our club, and maybe some are over reacting, (not that I think that is the case), but someone like yourself is always good to give the other side of the debate, the only thing is they way the others are leaving the sinking ship you could be the only pro Edin & Stefan left to fight their cause.

thanks for your concern @Bronco but i’m not putting myself down at all.

also, you’ll struggle to find a post where i have said the owners are doing a good job. what i’ve actually said, on numerous occassions, is that i understand what their aims were and why they were wanting to do it, as in improving infrastructure (that’s another debate that has been done over and over again). that doesn’t equate to thinking or posting that they are doing a good job of those aims or doing it in the right way.

 

Interesting but you are right they normally come out with joint statements. Maybe with Rupps help he is going to fade into the woodwork rather than a grand sacking or he is leaving statement; maybe moving somebody into the senior role with full control.

well, i’ve just found out i’m ‘banned’ from posting in the thread re the flyover banner. quite proud of that one. seems some people can’t respond to constructive criticism or answer valid questions such as ‘what will the message actually say?’

 

that people should just part with their money without knowing what the product is going to be? no questions asked.

 

unfortunately that’s the risk when supporting a football club, you never know what’s going to happen. unlike this situation with a flyover when the product and message be clearly stated and clearly defined before anyone is asked to part with any sort of financial or personal contribution.

does this mean @Bronco is banned from this thread for discussing the flyover in the logo thread? consistency now surely a precedent has been set.

just so we’re clear and i don’t want to get a further ban and this isn’t asking for him to be banned. it’s just so the rules are clear on censorship for all to see.
