be mindful that there may be some people here and on other platforms that are willing to talk the talk but when you actually ask them to put their heads above water, they buckle.

 

Adding it would also make it read as if SOC was established in 1903.

that's not what is on the other thread - there's it's been stated as the flyover must happen asap and has suggested the portsmouth match.. also, those who don't support a protest at this moment aren't allowed to have an opinion? i thought this was an open forum. you're alienating a lot of people there. the majority of my posts today have been trying to ensure you guys don't f*ck it up and actually have a plan that doesn't reflect negatively and is organised, i'm sure @Bantam42 can vouch for that - but if you don't want suggestions then fair enough. 500 followers doesn't mean 500 people support it either, it just means that 500 people are automatically being kept updated with what you tweet.

 

yep, i get all that and what you are all doing is admirable. however, are you all singing off the same hymn sheet? if there are 3 groups and they all want different things then that’s going to cause problems.

one other point for you and @Bantam42 and others to consider is, if people are going to fly post like has been suggested and it has your logo (would be an idea to copyright it) on, then it will easy to track down and impose a fine - if this creates problems for west yorkshire police then that may have a knock on effect on if they support your protest as they have to sign off on the route etc.

plenty of posters, will question why i care when i don’t want to be part of the protests at this moment - that is because, if the shit hits the fans and this goes negatively, which is has the chance to do very, very quickly then it reflects badly on all of us as fans.

sometimes it’s a case of more haste, less speed to get an organised and thorough movement.

 

as you see @Dennis that was in reply to a question someone posted to me. am i not allowed to answer any questions put to me anymore? i thought this was a forum / message board where people could post their thoughts and opinions with the reasoning behind said thought or opinion? seems like it’s one rule for some and one for others.

the logo is artistic - but has no link to City. needs to be claret and amber really.

 

Let’s give it some thought, I know it is urgent but we need to reflect us as a group of fans, but we also need to make it simple but as catchy as possible. Let’s throw some ideas around.

But could you add 'est' just above 1903 - It kind of adds significance.
