I will keep clapping! Thats what I do, been a season ticket holder for 20 years and for the most of that time we've been where we are right now, and with a shit pitch! I'll buy a season ticket for the next 20 years as long as the price isn't too steep.

And I'll clap for the next 20 years even if we stay in lesgue 2 and still have a shit pitch.

I won't be signing any stupid petition or attending any shite pointless fans forum!

 

But apart from that…….

 

Bravo @shoaty that's two of us I don't do the away days the likes of yourself and family do but I did in the past.

 

Some of you are truly beyond help, feck me. Carry on clapping the club into oblivion while shitting on anyone attempting to change things for the better

 

Let's see if the letters we sent to Rupp gets a reply, I don't know why you find it difficult to understand that some fellow fans may have a different opinion to yourself and prefer to back the club and be positive with regards attending clapping and generally being a supporter, or some might acuse them of being happy clappers ?.

 

i've always been bemused whenever supporters clap after a crap display where we've been battered and lost 4-0 and its

"yay yay, well done lads.. great display, city till i die.. yay yay, well done cook, you had 15 chances and did nothing.. yay yay.. same again lads.. Rupps done a great job since coming here.. I'm happy we have a club well done!!"

I mean yeah i'm all for supporting the team, but when they play crap and get battered and don't make an effort, don't give a f**k and the chairman doesn't give a f**k then i'll just leave, i'm not going to clap them just for turning up which unfortunately a lot of our supporters do

 

If it upsets you that much simple solution don't attend games then you will not be bemused.

 

If all the fans were like you and @shoatsy we'd probably be rotting in non-league with Edin still at the helm.

 

When were you promoted to forum police, I'm here to reply to any posters who disagree with my reply to them.

Yet I was one of a few who told fellow posters on here just what was happening under Edin and got plenty of stick as some didn't believe what was being posted at the time even being called a sh1t stirrer, you need to leave football talk to those who understand it.

 

I guess it's a free world but I always found it bemusing getting up to go after a turgid performance only to walk past a small number of folk clapping the skin off their hands. It's bizarre behaviour. Even that season we were relegated with some of the worst performances I can remember.

 

I'll never criticise anyone for supporting the team on the pitch.

However, "backing the club" as you put it is blindingly supporting the sheer negligence, incompetence and mismanagement that has seen this club become the 10th worst side in the country. Any support for this regime, makes someone complicit in that failure in my opinion.
