So what happens if he just doesn’t bother to collect the package?

 

He subsequently posted (in answer to that question) that he has other sets to send to three other known addresses and if none are collected he will travel and carry it with him

 

And by the time that happens we could be in a Wembley final and sitting in the play off places.
He’d look a right mug turning up with a bunch of letters and in any case I doubt he’d get through the gated entrance to Rupps mansion.
Save the airfare and the your carbon footprint.

The bigger picture is something your brain doesn’t want to figure here even after 6 years or so of failure under Rupp.

 

Don't let him continue to get under your skin. Let it go and I am sure you will be there at Wembley with the other 5K or so who could be bothered to support the Prem league second team competition.

 

This is the thing about folk like you. Always bloody miserable and whatever happens there's always a negative oar to stick in.

Fans are complaining so you sit there and say "why don't you do something"? Or "Why don't you buy the club and then you can make the decisions".

Then when a group of fans create a plan and start to take action its a case of negatively criticising whatever the action is or anything that goes wrong.

If you've got nowt worthwhile to contribute then do us all a favour and don't bother chipping in. You can save your own carbon footprint by not creating metadata on a website and using up storage capacity to keep your rubbish post somewhere on the Internet.

 

I’m in no way saying Rupp is a model owner of a football club but the budget provided / generated was / is a top 7 budget so the blame should be attributed elsewhere.
The managerial appointments and the player recruitment. I can’t blame Rupp for not wanting to spunk more of his cash on something he doesn’t understand where he’s seen people in trusted positions wastefully spunk those funds away on players not fit to pull on the shirt.

 

If Rupp sells up, great, but currently the reason for our 6 season failings lie elsewhere within the club.
If fans want to do something more constructive it would be banging on Gibbs door at Flamingo Land forcing him to sell VP back to the fans.
10000 fans x £1000 would be enough I’m sure to tempt Gibbs. I’d be up for that so just 9999 to go.

Simple answer is I don’t know. There are other fan groups who own football grounds. Ask them what they do.
If we love this football club and want it to succeed then yes maybe rent free whilst in lower leagues.

I was gonna say Bury and Wimbledon but you’re probably right in that they also own the club.

 

So speaking hypothetically, if the letters get through to Rupp and he agrees to sell the club for 6-7 million but only back to the fans, how many would put their money where their mouth is?

That’s the point as you have said.Rupp doesn’t have a clue how to run a football club and that’s the crux of the matter. No direction. No financial support. No interest.
The club needs someone who has all those attributes to run the club. And fast.
