Agree, we certainly don't often get decisions like those on Tuesday go our way, but many seemingly soft ones tend to go frustratingly against us...

I'm saying that some fans always moan about our keepers, no matter how good they actually are. Pickford was an example, some criticised him as not good enough, granted he wasn't as good as he is now - but it makes you wonder what standard we think we should have

I stated that I thought O'Donnell looked at fault for the first goal, but even that could be seen as harsh.

But let's say he was and you're correct about his whole match. Can't he have a bad game, without all his good ones suddenly been forgotten?

Someone hilariously suggested we needed a new goalkeeper. You probably agree. So I ask, who are we getting that's infinitely better to justify the extra salary.

We ain't gonna get better than O'Donnell as we stand as a league one club. Apart from his distribution at times he's a decent keeper, certainly had enough practice this season with the state of our defending.

I agree that Caddis was fouled as the guy was taking the free kick, but Caddis was nowhere near the trajectory of the ball. If he hadn't been fouled it is unlikely he would have affected the shot

That wasnt the point I was trying to make, if Cadiss had shoulder charged there player in the box the referee could easily have given a penalty.

Sorry yes I get that Bronco. Just saying if their player had left him alone I don't think it would have stopped the goal.

Yes on the night I thought either the wall or O'Donnell didn't do their jobs in defending the free kick but on seeing it again credit to the lad, a great free kick right into the top right gand corner.

Went to a game at Rotherham 4 or 5 seasons ago against Wigan (I just wanted to see a game that day) and some chap from Wigan (who was previously at Liverpool) smashed in 2 free kicks from a not dis-similar position. One went in the top left hand corner and the second in the top right hand corner.

I always shout out "put a man on the line" ............... but no-one ever takes any notice.

I'm not too sure a man on the line would have been able to head that free kick, it was passed O'Donnell before he moved.

Who was the player for Wigan who was previously at Liverpool who smashed in 2 free kicks in ?.

A man on the line often puts off players making a strike like that, On the downside it plays everyone onside with the keeper there

Even if a man on the line had reached the ball with his head there's a good chance he would have ended up in the back of the net with said ball anyway.

That's a smug look. I guess he'd already put his match fee on us to win and the Shrews to score 3 goals with BetFred at 16-1!

Judging by some his decisions he may well have been?
