I thought akpan had a decent game . Would love him to get stuck in abit more . Maybe there is a player somewhere in there . It’s the same with a lot of the players . When there on there game they look brilliant . We just need to find a formula that works and stop leaking so many bad goals . Defence needs a overhaul in the summer

On the first goal Woods is too wide. He should be narrower like the right back/right centre back. That way there wouldn't be the space to play the ball into.

To be fair from that still shot there was only NKP playing Okenabirhie
onside but either O'Connor should have seen the run or NKP should have been more aware of the player.

Yer, true but the left back was too wide and that's probably because of his lack of game time and general rustiness. Compare the right sided partnership with the left side in the photo.

Last nights performance by our keeper led to 2 of their goals, nutmegged and a crap backpass clearance.

Its like he performs for attention rather than performs for success. Always slowing the game down. And he makes really poor decisions.

 

Agree that O Donell should have done better. We were sat straight behind the strike and although a great strike it was into his side and should have saved it .I'm sure he will be as disappointed as the rest of us. Not going to critise too much although he has saved us on many occasion and cost us on a few

 

It is not the first time that O Donell has been poorly positioned for free kicks and given an invitation to the striker to beat him which they have taken,

 

Perhaps he needs a coach?

First goal was left exposed by poor/non existent tracking by both centre half's.

Second goal was literally top bins.

Third was a clearance with his weaker right foot after a poor back pass to him. Then no city player got a challenge in until Caddis tripped their lad in the box.

As for always slowing the game down? Really?
