    You know when charlie gets carried away, and the stewards calm him down and lead him back to his seat with a quiet word? Well about 10 minutes later, someone always plods around and demands that the stewards do their job correctly and a quiet word isnt enough and Charlie is led away.
    Just a thought, but where was the famous man in black on this occasion?

    Sorry but I think that's ridiculous. We're talking about a few kids who've celebrated a rare moment in a depressing season with the players and have not once at any point in those celebrations crossed the white line onto the pitch.

    It's completely different to the idiots who got us into trouble regarding flares at rochdale and Walsall

    Also the stewards are a disgrace. May as well not be there, they're doing nothing to prevent anyone in that situation.

    Did the club ever get anything from the FA, given the far more serious incidents at Wembley when we played Millwall?

    Given that the FA provides the stewards, sets the ground rules etc, then it strikes me that they have something to answer!

    Completely agree, it was a joyous moment in an absolute wretched season. An outpouring of emotion from players and fans alike. Think the EFL have better things to worry about, like a growing number of clubs facing administration. Some of these fans might not have a club left to celebrate with.

    Who will be in charge of day to day operations of the club after the end of this season? ...silent
    What’s the plan for next season? Who will be manager? Has Scannel sold his jet ski? Nope
    Where is Jake Reeves buried? Nope, nothing
    Some kids join the players on the side of the pitch to celebrate a rare moment of joy in a dire season? Disgraceful, we will ban them all for 3 years!

    Is it @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler that provided the quotes in the article? Isn’t he Roger Owen? If so, I’d be pleased to hear his comments on here.

    Whilst I don’t condone fans entering the field of play, to suggest they could be banned for up to 3yrs for simply celebrating with fans is OTT.

    Maybe Roger should be fighting the FA as to why a charge has been made in the first place. It’s not like a fan has entered the field of play like at Birmingham or Arsenal and confronted a player. They were simply over-zealous with their celebrations.

    Its a complete overreaction mate, i know there are rules but there was nothing in this supposed incident. Hardly a pitch invasion, just players and fans living the moment.

    Surely we should challenge any fine. Millwall were never fined at Wembley for far worse and there have been many other occasions when fans have jumped over advertising hoardings to celebrate with fans.

    Another pathetic ruling similar to the removal of a shirt showing a respectable T-shirt underneath

    I sort of understand why the club has to project a 'no tolerance' policy but in this kind of situation, context is everything. A heavy handed approach to what was the fans joining in with the players' celebration is the last thing supporters expect during this barren period.

    I'm not defending it just pointing out this is the 3rd time the FA have been involved with actions of our fans, you can plead for one indecent but 3 in just less than 3 months.

    As I posted above challenging the one indecent yes I think challenging 3 in less than 3 months might be pushing it.
