Season tickets

So ticket sales are now at almost 14000. That’s better and much nearer the figure I thought if we failed to go up.If we can sell another 1.000 or so I think that will be pretty good and as much as could be expected

 

The point I'm making isn't rocket science.
Seats should now be a free for all.
Why should those who had no intention of renewing before Tuesday be given the chance to keep their seat after such a long spell.
Like I said freeze the price but loose your precious seat and let those who committed be rewarded with a move that will suit them and their family and friends.

Lighten up fella, I wasn’t disagreeing with you. I was joking about the number of extra seats we will sell by extending the deadline.

To be fair I didn’t think we would sell nearly another 2000 since the last deadline

 

4th to 8th June. Free of charge.
If you work Monday to Friday how the hell can you swap your seat. 9-5
No details about if you have to go down in person.

 

Had my seat for 12 years. when my 8 year old came along I managed to get him the seat next but one to me and had a stranger sat between us.then when my 6 year old arrived I had to get him a seat about 3 rows back from us but sat him on my knee. last year I managed to get him on the row behind us and talked the lad sat mext to me to swap seats every game. On Tuesday night said lad told me he's not renewing as he now has other commitments. So I booked Tuesday morning of work to go and swap seats so finaly we can all sit together. Then today's anouncement t

I don't have an agenda against anyone on here I'm just letting off steam at yet another poor decision in my opinion.
Our club pampers year after year when it comes to season tickets.
Surely they knew they wouldn't sell as many given the tight deadlines involved and could have had better dates before the price increase.
When ever tickets are the main focus it appears our club have a track record of changing their original tack.
I might be in a minority but still have a voice.

 

I actually have sympathy with your situation but the powers that be pulled the plug on Tuesdays swap day due to underestimating fans would not renew.
Unfortunately people like us have to pay the price not that in the grand scheme of things they care like they would have you believe.

 

And this is why theories on how much revenue is likely down from season ticket sales are most likely inflated. Every season tixket not renewed does not equal £149.

Actions do indeed speak louder than words . . . I renewed our tickets weeks ago in support of my club.

 

Exactly there are supporters and there are spectators. Supporters whilst still very concerned about what’s happening at club follow througn thick and thin. Spectators can take it or leave it

I'll tell my mum that tomorrow, after being a "supporter" from the 1950's through to 2010, she has been relegated from "supporter" down to "fan" for being too old and physically unable to get to VP.

Me, if Bradford City is your club, old, young, rich, poor, live near, live far away, every one is the same to me.

 

Not sure you are in the minority. Others just aren’t as vocal about it, but we do agree, especially the issues cause by the goalposts being changed, such as @Eldwick Bantam described. It’s fans like that that I feel for.
