& goodbye to you too. I wish you all well and will always look out for City's results............but these last two years have killed me. It was 1968 when I first went to VP. Unbelievably, there have been worse teams, but never a 'set up' like this shower of utter 'dog shit'. I have decided to have a life instead.

 

Just imagine what you've been missing out on all those years you've been watching Bradford City ?.

 

fans saying they are bored of weak and spineless players who don’t have the heart for the battle.. i’m bored of the fans who the same could be said of.

if you don’t want to renew, then don’t - but spare me the sob stories of how it’s been heartbreaking or how you’ve fallen out of love for the club.

we’ve all seen the same ups and downs over the course of the club’s history, we’ve all been here with the same concerns.

back the club or don’t back the club.. for those that are renewing, see you for the rest of this season and at the start of next. for those that aren’t renewing, see you at the next decent cup draw.

 

I’ve had a life and BCFC has and will continue to be a big part of it. Whatever league we are in

You are right. I could have had another nice walk with my dog, read another book, read more poetry, been to the gym, theatre or cinema.............it was often fun, but I hate it now. Even when we have been utter shite (even more so than now) I have enjoyed it. No longer. I imagine that there will be many thousands like me, who just think...........stuff it. City will struggle to shift 5 000 season tickets for the coming season. That is the harsh reality and if people think Rupp will continue to bail the club out, they are deluded.

 

I can't disagree that this season has been hard to take, not only have we been a joke on the field the goings on behind the scenes have also taken there toll, but IMO it's not something I can turn on or off, if I stopped attending games I'd just be sat listening to Pulse/Radio Leeds and pissing our lass off and for a married man that is stupid .

 

Take her out instead or better still, take her to bed.

 

He's well past that unless there is a horlicks on offer.......

 

Trust a Loiner to lower the tone, that's no problem but what do I do for the other 86 minutes

I'd have to agree. The one that really gets me is those who won't renew because of league 2 football - surely you support Bradford city and who we play is irrelevant. I'd never put any fan down who didn't renew but I'm struggling to understand this reasoning I'm afraid.

 

it’s easy excuses in my opinion.

firstly it was, “i’m not going whilst edin is still at the club.” he’s left and they still haven’t returned.

secondly it was “i’m not going whilst hopkin plays hoof ball.” he’s gone and bowyer had changed the style of play. still not there.

thirdly it was “i’m not going whilst we’re in a relegation battle and the players don’t have the stomach for the battle.”

now it’s “i’m not going because it’s going to be league two.”

it’s boring - yet they’ll be the first on social media moaning about losing out to other clubs on players; “how can’t we compete with x financially” etc, moan about losing matches, moan about not getting a ticket for a ‘big game’.
