I would hope that any replacement for JR is at an advanced stage.
The 'new' person needs to be in place the minute this season ends - Not forgetting the crucial 'handover' period. This position is Key, so I don't expect to read media articles of City scratting around for some sucker in the middle of June. In Summer the pitch activity stops - Yet the off field business still trundles on, regardless.
Lessons truly do need to be learnt.

It is 35% higher than the last deal @ £595 million over 5 years, The EFL now make up the majority matches on sky and are as such invaluable to them, To take so little is foolish and the clubs especially the Championship who know the value of the product have gone bananas on finding the details which he apparently signed without sharing the details with them,
Compare this deal with the Premiership deal @ £4.46 BILLION over 3 years that they have negotiated and you can see why the EFL are so annoyed with him

Is just me or do others on here find that the sale of season tickets numbers so far not great.

 

I’m surprised it is so high with 2 months still to go.

 

They will extend it

 

If that's the case many will leave it till the last minute, by then they may know what division we'll be in next season and they won't have to purchase tickets until after the original deadline.
