Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having.
Please PM me your name, email, phone number, and what you'd like to do.
I'll get one of the team to sort it for you - and if I have a log, you don't need to worry about missing out on the deadline for the price hike.
That applies to anyone who has made an enquiry BEFORE the deadline who hasn't heard back yet.
The ticket office is prioritising in-person enquiries, phone calls and they'll process the emails without any loss of early bird entitlements to those who have enquired.
So you'll be fine

Makes me smile when supporters accuse the players of being spineless and giving up and having no fight in them only to do exactly the same themselves walking away from the club and not supporting the club by buying season tickets, Teams come and go but real supporters see through that and get behind the club in hard times

If my memory serves me right, when Lawn and Rhodes introduced the cheap Season Tickets to coincide with our return to league 2 under McCall, we sold 13000 tickets. So to get close to that for our return to league 2 after the horrors of the past 18 months, is a fantastic effort by the fans and must be encouraging for Rupp and RhodesThe Original EB, River_City_Bantam, How and 12 others like this. -

I don’t get these people who have had season tickets for 20/25 year and then they just stop

13,000+++ City Fans take a bow. We are about to be relegated, yet the best fans bar non continue to buy their tickets in their thousands despite the naysayers.
Now then Bradford City Board, over to you, we know it is difficult but back your fantastic fans and let’s give GB a budget that will take league 2 by storm, then we can put the last 2 years behind us.Stafford Bantam, Keefly Bantam, WilsdenBantam and 9 others like this. -
I can't believe we repeatedly have the same debate at an incredibly simplistic level with some acting as if ticket income is the only income. You have to allow for commercial revenue (catering, club shop sales, sponsorships, etc.) which has been said previously are of roughly the same magnitude as ticket income and proportional to bums on seats . Let's do a comparison with some assumed numbers that are guessed to be ball park but far from exact.
We got nearly 15k sold at £169. Let's guess we would sell 10k at £300 or 16k at £150. Assume an average £240k/£120 to cover concessions and ticket revenue would be £2.4m at 10k and £1.92m at 16k. If commercial revenue was about £1.5m last year, it would fall to £1.0m for 10k and rise to £1.6m for 16k. Add ticket and commercial together and you get £3.4m for 10k and £3.52m for 16k. 16k at £150 generates slightly more revenue than 10k at £300. (The higher crowd also makes you slightly more likely to get picked for extra TV revenue.) Even if you sell 11k at £300, that is £2.64m ticket + £1.1m commercial, so £3.74m total. That's only about 6% more than 16k might generate. I don't think you'd actually manage 11k at £300 however I do think you might get more than 16k at £150k if you can generate a feel-good factor. We surprised ourselves in the past with the level ticket sales when we did so.
Now these numbers are probably not even accurate to +/- 10% but they highlight that upping ticket prices could lead to lower revenue or gains that would probably not amount to much. Revenues might be similar but atmosphere would undoubtedly be worse at £300, making the club less of a draw for TV and new players, particularly talented young ones . It's great that the club has reduced the adult price to £150 yet some are moaning. I think Rhodes knows what he is doing. It worked before. Why shouldn't it work again? The players are trying again and Hopkin has signed some decent players who will help form a high-tempo, pressing and passing midfield that will help take the pressure off the defense. I'm hopeful it will get better to watch as spells of hoofball lessen and we play it on the floor more. It will suit Doyle more that way and there will be more goalscoring capability in the team. If we do stay up, or even if we go down, I'm beginning to see something that could be built on - unlike during the Rahic era that is now fading. I'm not saying for a minute we're about to start making loads of money but I still hope good times can return with a fair wind and that's more likely if we take the new ticket deal positively and spread the word.Edinho1, Bantam Boy, Lancashire Bantam and 8 others like this. -

The best email for the ticket office is; ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk
That gets picked up by all the team and will get a quicker response.
The ticket office will focus on people in queues and phoning first.
Anybody who has enquired by email will be processed in due course and will benefit from the early bird pricing so long as the email has been sent before midnight tonight. You don't need to worry if you don't get a full reply today. They'll work their way through any outstanding enquiries from tomorrow.

Many of the ''old tea drinkers' that you mock have been supporting this club through thick and thin for decades. They have just as much, probably more, right to watch their team than you or other younger fans.
Yes, we need the younger, noisier fans to create atmosphere but we also need bums on seats. Nearly doubling ST prices to £299 would drastically reduce attendances. It would price out many people, including many kids (the long term future fans) whose parents can't afford several lots of £299.
You may not remember what regular attendances of 7/8,000 in a 25,000 seater stadium feels like, but lots of us do and have no desire to go back to it, thank you very much.

fans saying they are bored of weak and spineless players who don’t have the heart for the battle.. i’m bored of the fans who the same could be said of.
if you don’t want to renew, then don’t - but spare me the sob stories of how it’s been heartbreaking or how you’ve fallen out of love for the club.
we’ve all seen the same ups and downs over the course of the club’s history, we’ve all been here with the same concerns.
back the club or don’t back the club.. for those that are renewing, see you for the rest of this season and at the start of next. for those that aren’t renewing, see you at the next decent cup draw.ConnecticutBantam, rmbenson007, BradfordBanter and 6 others like this. -
A season ticket at Harrogate is £303 this season that’s double for a division lower . City’s pay on the day is expensive because our season tickets are cheap . With a season ticket it works out at £6.50 a game at city £13.20 at Harrogate . Our season tickets are a bargain no matter what division we’re inStafford Bantam, BradfordBanter, Onside and 6 others like this. -
