As one of the said 25 yearers I'm not having this : "I guess when the cheapie runs out they will go do something else on the cheap." I'll still be attending and paying what the club ask, I found it obnoxious to be honest, but if that's what he thinks he's entitled to his opinion.

 

I'm changing my vote to "Always Next Season", with the clear focus on the season after the coming season.

Time to start targeting ticket sales for the very hopeful 2023/24 season!

 

I didn't get any money back but didn't pay the full amount either in the end. Which category do I fall in to?

For the record though it certainly wasn't the club that lost out, they're probably the only ones in this situation that actually received everything they were entitled to and had asked for.

Two more purchased yesterday and big thanks to the ticket office, for resolving this idiots mistake, when setting up a direct debit.

50 next year and I'm getting more daft/dumb (delete as appropriate) as the years roll on...

 

The fans always deliver.

However, I can't take out attendance seriously considering how cheap the season tickets are. It's like a fake reflection. I don't sit their pride of our attendance.

Saying all this its the fans are not the problem at this club and I would say that even if we have 2k fans attending. Its now time for Mr Rupp to step the F up or F off. That simple. We need the owner to reflect the fans now and want what we want.

Likes to look for a bite does Roger, thought there’d be a bit more to do in Spain but each to their own I guess.

I can’t remember much negativity regarding last year’s campaign, and it achieved fantastic figures everything considered the marketing team deserve their award.

I’ve seen comments regarding this years slogan, but in fairness it’s just hard to understand what it actually means I don’t think people are necessarily negative towards it. Still if it achieves similar or even higher numbers considering yet another year of dross and regression then they will again deserve all the plaudits.

Let’s hope we can start giving out plaudits where it counts at a football club, on the pitch then we’ll all be happy. Any negativity has been earned in recent years, anyone just has to look at what has happened unless they have their heads in the sand. Still a new year brings a blank slate for the players and management team let’s hope they can reward the fans loyalty. The fans should never be questioned by anyone associated with the club for continuing to pay good money to support, they owe us not the other way round.

 

I’m actually ecstatic with our 14th place finish in the toilet league - please pass my congratulations to all concerned. Keep up the excellent work…

6 renewed today , all my group plus we're adding 2 more to make it 8 . The 2 new ones haven't been for the last couple of seasons.

 

If anyone is on pay monthly, you still need to renew as it doesn't renew automatically.

 

One little detail I gleaned yesterday at the ticket office was that the physical cards will roll over from season to season, so the £5 payment covers your card for as many seasons as you can make it last. I was getting them even if it was just for one season but this makes them seem quite cheap if you are not prone to losing things.

 

I was down renewing yesterday and Mick at the office said a lot of people were requesting the cards, me included, and he did indeed confirm that the one issue cards last for as long as you look after them and if you change status from say adult to pensioner or youngster to adult you still don't need to change for a new one

 

2 season tickets renewed £651 for bantams bar and two actual cards

 

Back on topic.

Expected to surpass 10k at some point this afternoon.

Around 4,000 ST holders yet to renew.

 

I reckon we will hit about 13500 in the end.

1500 new sales is good news, although 'new' probably stretching it a bit. A sizeable number of those will be returning fans more relaxed about attending after Covid, I suspect.
