Best not put the ST prices up anymore with the outrage of a few quid

 

Well, your residence in Lancashire must be having an effect. No Yorkshire person would be happy paying a few quid for nothing! On a serious point, I am happy to pay the asking price for the season ticket. As a matter of principle the club shouldn't be adding money on for a service not provided, even if it is incompetence rather than deliberate. The variety of different charges applied to just a handful of us suggests the software on the ticket system had or has some issues.

 

Was it a junior ticket that was missing? They claimed my nephews ticket wasn’t there but were looking in the wrong pile even though my dad kept telling them it should be in the other pile

 

Ours was for the suites upstairs. Apparently juniors were all together no matter which stand they were for, except the suites which had all the ticket together.

I collected 5 last week, 3 different surnames and it took an age to find them. Never seen it as disorganised in all the years I've had a ticket.

 

..and you would think that the reduced take up this season would have eased things!

No issues with mine. Two minutes to find and in a nice box. Happy days.

 

But they have already seen how we intend to rectify. The squad has had a complete overhaul this summer with some poorly performing players leaving and some quality acquisitions arriving.

If that doesn’t entice fans back, then leave them to wallow. They can always come back next season or bite the bullet now and pay keeper re for the ST or match day tickets

Went twice in the first week to collect them but was faced with big queues, having read about the issues some were having i decided to leave it until a couple of days to go in the hope that the less season tickets to search through the easier it would be.. Im off tomorrow morning and expecting carnage still, reading this.
I wonder what saturday will be like with people turning at kick off time to collect them

 

But would anyone buy? It would have to be attractive or fans simply wouldn’t buy.

Last season you could buy 23 games for £149. You’re suggesting selling 12 games for £150. Makes little sense and fans simply wouldn’t buy. I expect the majority of those not renewing may attend 2-3 games only next season, so the ‘enticement’ has to be exactly that

 

Went down this morning, no queue. Went to collect my season ticket which I purchased about 4 weeks ago and was told to go the ticket office to get a ticket for the Barnsley game as it was unlikely that my season ticket would arrive in time. So off I went to the ticket office only to be told that my season ticket should arrive by Friday and could collect it up to 3.00pm on Saturday. So if your in the same boat leave it until Friday or Saturday.

 

Went down yesterday around 4:30. Took minutes to find my ST Card and then checked me off for the Parader membership. Came back out and ended up buying a home shirt and a £20 gift ‘card’. I got the 10% off my full purchase.

Not sure why that was, but what is to stop people buying a £40 gift card (paying £36 for it) and then going back in to buy a replica shirt at £45 (getting 10% knocked off) and only having to pay an extra 50p? A replica shirt then costs just £36.50 instead of £45.
