Storck - Where on you ticket does it say 5-25 yearer? I'm a 25-yearer and mine just says Adult. Does it make any difference?

Thanks, Storck. Mine is incorrect then. I was overcharged at renewal but agreed with Mick Lamb to donate the excess to charity rather than email details again for a refund. It looks like they did not change me on the system. I don't know if I should bother to do anything about it but I worry about next seasons renewal. I've had my fair share of (group) problems in the past which have prevented online renewal and meant an hour's drive each way and that might well happen again. Am I correct in thinking I should I have had a full package of "trinkets" and vouchers, as a 25-yearer?

 

I would get it sorted now rather than leave it. The way I read one of the forms/announcements it implied that the 25 yr deal was only open to those that had renewed under the previous offer, so if they just have you buying your ticket it could cause problems later. As for the package it depends which option you went for. I have the suite upgrade so don't get any trinkets but if you didn't take the suite upgrade you should have taken the other option if you renewed online, or told them at the ticket office. That option had vouchers and trinkets

 

I renewed at the office as part of a large group but was mistakenly renewed as a normal ticket, only spotting it later. As a result I was not offered a choice of anything, even after drawing it to Mick Lamb's attention. I'll take it up with him so I don't get even more hassle hassle next year. Thanks again.

However back to the point in question....deflection doesn't work with me. My statement, crude and badly worded (you have to dumb down for Bradfordians) though it may be, stands.

 

Yes I read his reply to the thread first game and had to smile, I can understand his bitterness, now't worse than a bitter Stan.
He might be a Stan but his replies are very much what I would expect from an employee of the club, always very quick with his reply, and very pro Edin.

 

You realy are a bitter man, very rarely do I have a problem with the likes of tickets (season or away days) because I can go down and deal with it one a one to one basis with the guys in ths ticket office, Mick Lamb being a man who will always listen and sort any problems out.
Why do you get so personal with your replies, I assume from the above comment your not a Bradfordian ?.
