    I think it was £5.50. Mine came recorded delivery.

    EDIT: Just logged onto my account and checked. It was £5.99.

    Signed for is lucky dip with a signature. Only time is it separated from the normal post is at the end, no tracking between drop off and delivery. Not worth the cost.

    Oddly, one of two of our season tickets have arrived via post, and that was well over a week ago. I’ve been in touch with the club about this too. Awaiting response.

    Our ST and fixture lists arrived last Wednesday via 'signed for' post along with some dinky cards to spend at McDs! What didn't arrive with them were the Parader membership cards etc we'd paid for. I was assured by the ticket office that they'd 'arrive soon' but still waiting for them. Why they weren't all posted together 'signed for' post defeats me.

    There was no other postal option offered by the club. It was £5.99 for 'signed for' postage for up to 6 tickets (or it may have been 8) or collect from VP.

    Which is all very odd as my email receipt shows a web booking fee of £5 plus a carriage fee of £3. I have received no reply to my email from the club so will ring them this afternoon.

    It is very odd. As well as paying £5.99 for the privilege of 'signed for' postage, I was also charged a booking fee (as expected) but also a £2 unexpected carriage fee!

    It's beginning to look as though the club arranged for Ticketmaster to deal with the ticketing arrangements! ;)

    I have spoken to the ticket office. Our season tickets are awaiting collection. At first she said they have been sent out, but she couldn't say when they had been posted and proposed we came early on Saturday to get a ticket printed if they hadn't turned up. This isn't very appealing as a solution and eventually she agreed to go across to the Hub to check if they were there. They were. She couldn't say why they had not been sent or why I had been charged £3 carriage fee (and not £5.99). She also couldn't do a refund of the £3.00 over the phone.
    I have just noticed on my payment history that I was charged a £1.00 carriage fee for each of our priority tickets - that aren't even a "thing" to be sent or collected now. I will email Mick Lamb I think. All these little extra £ will add up to quite a bit as well if they do this to everyone. Anyhow an unscheduled trip to Valley Parade is needed.

    That sounds like some progress has been made and it's now getting resolved. I've just checked again on my Purchase history - we were charged £1 per ticket for carriage plus the £5.99 for recorded delivery of the tickets etc! Ticketmaster could learn something from our very own ticket office!

    Looking again at my email receipt, I think I can beat that. For 1 season ticket & 1 membership (Parader), I was charged:
    Booking Fee £3
    Carriage £3
    Recorded Delivery £5.99
    TOTAL £11.99 !!!!!!!!!!

    Anyone else not get a membership card in their box ? Two nice badges, a wallet to hold the cards in, a season ticket and two vouchers for a stadium tour/ free meal but no membership card

    Living local and being able to go down to the ticket office to buy and collect our season tickets is a big saving, those add on's are shocking.
