    Mate, I don't know.

The date must of been set for a reason and we can't go back on that reason now or the board will look silly.

For me I would always set a payment by date the last week of a month when I know people have been paid but that's me but it wasn't and now we can't go back.

This club needs to start acting like it knows what it's doing. We need to be able to trust the board.

The question is bronco why should they have to? The deal is a cracking deal is it not regardless of what level we are at? The club shouldnt have to jump through hoops for the fans, they have put.a fantastic offer on the table yet again, but folk are still whinging.
Its been 10 years of this now, the club can do no right in the eyes of some, who think its their right to get what they want. Its been said many a time that the cheap deal is holding the club back in a way and im starting to agree

You have a fair point with regards the date maybe they should have made it the last pay day in April.
Why do they look silly I believe it was done every season since the introduction of cheap tickets 2007, by extending the club have nothing to lose and possibly a couple of thousand more season ticket holders to gain.
We need to be able to trust the board, so if they had stuck the season ticket prices up to say £250 some would have accused them of ripping the paying public off, certainly after this seasons fiasco.

It should have been extended to take in the April month end pay checks, Whats the rush? the season does not start for four months, I agree it is good value but if a bargain is £2 and you only have £1 in your pocket it is to expensive for you to buy no matter how much a bargain

I'm not saying they should have to, but I have given reasons I believe they will, as I've replied to fordy it been done in the past at the start of the season announced a date and extended it.

I just think under the circumstances of most fans not remembering what a win looks like, 2 weeks to take it past one more pay day just to give those that are 50/50 one last chance to get on board isn't a bad idea, that's not unprofessional from the club it's trying to get more bums on seats.

This in a nutshell. I know cashflow is important to any business but the month end would have been an ideal end point. As we are on the subject just been looking at other clubs pricing structures and early bird deals. Can't quite decide if our prices are fantastic value or undervalued? Don't get me wrong i benefit in my wallet with the low prices but they are way way lower than other clubs, to a point of being less than half price of most of the few clubs i checked.

I do understand where you are coming from Yen. I do think City fans have become used to elastic deadlines, and therefore leave till the last possible moment. There will be some who just can’t afford it, such is the state of our country. They might be able to afford a flexi, and go to a few matches when they can afford a tenner. The club need to know what budget they are working too, so it is important. I think it goes to £225, still a good deal. Looks like there has been the usual mad rush, so hopefully we haven’t lost too many.

Every year people ask for the dealing to be delayed it is as if 12 months notice that the deadline was coming isn't enough. Each year it is a different excuse but each year the request is the same, just one more pay day.

Man City's is an aggressive pricing policy designed to fill their fan base for the future. Its not like they need the money and when demand outstrips supply like it does at the other top six clubs they will raise prices to suit. Exactly the same with West Ham. Lower league club are far more dependant on ticket revenue as the TV money at that level doesn't compare, hence the prices in the lower leagues are on the whole comparable to the likes Man City, West Ham and Cardiff.

Not being funny but if someone can't afford 150 quid in the 2 months or the monthly option then maybe a season ticket in league 2 shouldn't be their priority. There are 12 months inbetween campaigns for season tickets for people to save up.

God help some people when they finally go up to a competitive level

I'm far from knocking our prices but it puts it into perspective, for another £160 you can watch Premier League football not, that its a big deal for me, been there seen it done it ;).
To be fair with the money that's gone into that club since Sheikh Mansour took control they have taken a lot longer to establish themselves as the best club in Britain and one of the best in the World.

WHU prices rose by up to 20% on some seats. The cheapest used to be £285 (two season committment).

I think the BCAFC deal is underpriced. The problem is that the low price combined with relative past success means expectations amongst fans become unrealistic @ £150 a pop.

I don't why we dropped our prices again this season, it was completely unnecessary. They were already pretty much the cheapest in the league and eveyone who has renewed would have renewed again, because as we keep hearing they'll always follow the club no matter what.
