Season Ticket Demand Update

    We're experiencing very high demand this week for season ticket and Flexi purchases and the club is aware that fans are having to wait for long periods on the phone.

    We're really sorry about the difficulties that fans are experiencing.

    Here's a summary of the ways to purchase.

    Whether you're a new purchaser or simply renewing, the simplest way to beat the queues is to buy online
    1. Click the link to visit our > Online ticket Site
    2. Have your membership number and password to hand (or request a password reminder)
    3. Have your payment details ready
    For new purchases, you don't need a membership number.

    If you're unable to buy online or you have a specific query which our ticket system cannot resolve;
    1. ☎️Call the ticket office on 01274 770012 with your payment details and membership number or;
    2. Visit the ticket office (see below for details of our extended opening hours)
    If lines are busy you can email for a call back:
    • Email; ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk
    • Use the Subject line: Season Ticket Purchase
    • ⚠️Include: Your name, your membership number (if applicable), contact phone number, the best time to call and a brief description of your enquiry, eg "I'd like to renew my Adult season ticket in the West Stand, Block B, Row 9 seat 12"

    ⏰EXTENDED OPENING HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    Thursday (April 11) - 9.00am - 7.00pm
    Friday (April 12) - 9.00am - 7.00pm
    Saturday (April 13) - 9.00am - 5.00pm
    Sunday (April 14 -❌ ‘Our City’ Season Ticket Deadline Day❌) - 9.00am - 5.00pm


    Please be patient with the team. They're working flat out. Thanks for your understanding and continued support. It's genuinely appreciated

    Glenn, give the fans another window opportunity of another pay-day, extend it to Friday 3rd May
    As folk get their heads around watching league two crap (we've watched worse this season), they'll come back and buy.

    You occasionally make valid points between your rants, however not on this occasion.
    Charity is not what is on offer here, what is, is giving fellow City a couple of weeks longer ( another payday) to buy what some folk can buy in a blink of an eye. Some folk are just getting over xmas on their third payday, the fourth may make all the difference.

    @Fordy117@Fordy117 has a point, people know every year when season tickets will go on sale, its not exactly a surprise is it? City fans always want more, the deadline could be set for june 30th and some would want longer just to see who were signing in july.
    The deadline for cheap tickets was set over a month ago, it was clear and it was value. Cant say no fairer than that

    The date is set! Clearly the date was set for a reason.

    Some of you are taking the p*ss out of the club and are mighty ungrateful.

    We live in a world in which everything seems to be going up in price. Bradford City has reduced, let me repeat REDUCED the cost of tickets and you want an extension.

    Diffferent payment options are Available.

    What do you want from this club?

    I would increased season ticket prices myself but I am an ar&ehole and I don't care but this is why because you find people just want more and more!

    What do you think it would cost to extend it, they aren't going to stick to the deadline if they believe it could generate another couple of thousand season ticket holder, the deadline was obviously made to try and get fans to buy before that date and the club would have a good idea what the £150 deal brought into the club, extending it can only be a good thing IMO.

    I would of increased costs. What bit of that didn't you read.

    The date was set for a reason by the club and we should stick to it.

    This people club rubbish needs to stop. It's a business and people need to start playing by the rules.

    Pay, support, keep off the pitch, behave, have a winning mentality.

    We know what it was set for, and most realise why it will be extended.
    if you feel aggrieved by the cost and deadline stick some more money in, you being an entrepreneur you'll hardly miss it.
    I'd like to win more games than we lose but where we are at the moment I can only hope for success next season.
    Yep been taking the piss out of the club for years over 60 years, after the season we've just had the owner has to build bridges and this is the easiest way to start doing it.
