    I agree. There is no need to invent another option in the event of the season being curtailed. The FA, the EFL and the clubs agreed last season to base league positions on PPG and that included promotions, play-off positions and relegation. Why change something which has previously been used and worked?

    Would they work that out based on every team playing 23 games then and the ones above that wouldn't count?

    no, last year they just divide the number of points by number of games.
