Sadly i cannot see another club wanting to take his contract on which is a shame as the saved money can net Bowyer a player or two.

BCFC are the only club on the planet that sign a bunch of injury prone players, then act shocked when they spend most of their time out injured

Was Reeves known as an injury prone player before we signed him? I really don't know. Scannell we all knew about.

Looking at his stats there has only been Wimbledon and City where he's played any sort of games, and looking at his time at the Dons he played 109 game between 2015 /2017 which suggests he didn't have an injury problem.

Bowyer speaking on Radio Leeds said Scanned played in a behind closed doors game on Tuesday and scored and will possibly be in contention for Saturday.

Scannell’s injuries have been massively unfortunate. Whereas the reports back of his progress from the club have been sporadic, they have kept us posted. There’s no evidence (that we’re aware of) Scannell has avoided playing and there’s just as much chance he’s as frustrated as we are.

Let’s face it, on paper and past he’s probably our most standout player (contracted to us) so for me I really hope he’s back tomorrow, plays and comes through injury free.

Or there’s the cynical view that he’s now made himself available to get some games and in the shop window for a move away when we inevitably go down??!

 

There's no need for all this debate about Scannell ? If anyone at the club had taken the time to speak to anyone at Huddersfield Town FC they would have put them right on Scannell !. But what's done or rather what's not been done is done and we've got a game to get through tomorrow !
