I don't wear rose tinted glasses. Its clear that the players are unsure about their roles right now which is disappointing but can be rectified with less tinkering of the formation.

Listening today it seems only 3 possibly 4 players put in a decent performance, goalie, 2 CB's and Wright. How that's Edins fault I am struggling to understand?

 

Not sure how to link it, but there's an 'interesting' picture of Rahic sat in the crowd just behind Collins, in direct communication with him during the game...

When you are young you can feel a need to impress therefore try too hard and make things too complicated. Collins maybe is doing just that. He has to prove himself to the players, to the owner and to us. Regardless of how hard he tries, we just don’t know if he has the skills to succeed. Based on what we have seen, it’s looking unlikely. His substitutions and tactical changes are not something an experienced manager would try based on their skills and their experience. Every manager will tell you how much little they knew when they started off. I don’t blame him for accepting the opportunity. If it proves to be a mistake it lies with the owners. If I was Rupp I would blame the ego who is his partner.

 

If you can't see why its his fault then there is no hope for you.

 

I didn't see ER on the pitch today ducking out of challenges or not tracking back or just looking disinterested as per the commentary on T'Pulse and Radio L666ds.

 

Absolute shambles today, no passion no drive, Collin talks the talk saying he's coming back with three points and comes back with nothing.
