It’s not constructive dismissal if you make their role redundant and offer them a new job on the same money.

We redeploy them, make the head and assistant coach roles redundant then bring in a manager with full responsibility for football matters and an assistant manager.

It’s not even fudging the issue as the job description will vary wildly

I spent a lovely day at the Keighley show today and rarely checked the score as I sort of knew what was coming. Just listened to MC post match comments and we are honestly fecked. Really can't understand some of the comments here. If Pochettino was our coach, results would be no different. Like Stuart, Michael has been hung out to dry. He was asked today about loan targets. His response; "I work with what I've got" said everything. I know Park thinks our owners excrement is odourless but those who agree with that, please wake up. One question; out of the whole of the EFL, how many coaches/managers would not only have to have Kai on the bench, but actually have to play him. What makes you think Stefan doesn't see what is happening and fully supportive? Lot of criticism for ER but Stefan gets away Scot free

Agree with Loz, it's too late, was probably too late at season KO and is definitely too late now that the transfer window is shut. Collins wasn't prepared to accept the question about having a shite (practically non-existent) strikeforce as slur on him, he has my respect for that. But don't think that'll help him from the repercussions!

 

Relegate all 3 to bog cleaners, then you don't have to pay them off, simples.
