Sack Collins now before it's too late. Sack him!

At the off Wycombe were out of the blocks and it never ceases to amaze me when we don't have the energy,determination and fight, to combat an average team instead of looking like we haven't a clue.

Yes,it's early doors but when you're sinking slowly,don't wait,do something now to arrest the decline.

 

Edin has to think with his wallet and his business head on this one. The longer this circus continues, the more customers he loses, the more money he loses.

It's blatantly clear that Collins is out of his depth. This "experiment" has already failed and it was utter nonsense to think it would ever work. Scunthorpe chairman recently stated that league 1 was not the league to blood a new young manager, hence why they sacked Daws midweek. The same needs to happen here.

My gut tells me that edin will give collins one more game to put it right. But for me he needs to go now, he hasn't got respect from the players or the fans. Get rid now and edin will need to swallow his pride and re-evaluate his "plan" because whatever it is, it drove multiple managers and coaches away in the summer. We're in crisis on and off the pitch and we are most likely going to need another parky appointment.

The longer we give collins the worse this will get. I'm very worried for us.

Having dragged myself from my sick bed, I had to endure a really terrible performance, and also went home half way through my evening meal, later. I couldn't even drown my sorrows ......... 2 sips of wine, and I felt done in. Perhaps now is a good time for Collins to 'go home' too ?

If he doesn't go before the loan deadline we'll be in the same situation as when Grayson took over. A new manager being unable to bring in who he needs. Edin must bite the bullet and ditch all three this week.

There's such a disconnect between coaches, players and fans that the atmosphere at home, is becoming one of dread and fear. We had this before Parky rocked up and it'll take a similar character to turn it around.

The really serious/sad thing is that most clubs appoint just the one manager/ head coach and if things don't work out they have one contract to settle
We have THREE to,settle can't see them getting sacked any time soon

 

Unfortunately me neither. If you could see some sort of plan/set up that they were trying to preserve with, then you might have hope, but he’s constantly chopping and changing which indicates to me that he has no clue.

I’m not going to hang him out to dry on his own, Abbot is supposed to be there to offer his “expertise” but he’s hiding just like he did when his mate McCall went.

Personally I think Abbo should have walked when his mate !!! Stuart ( the man who brought him to the club) was got rid of. Its ok some on here saying he needs the job to facilitate his lifestyle but IF he is good enough for us then surely he could easily find another club

We may get more investment. If he fails he fails. Move on and appoint a professional. At least he will have got it out of his system and prove than he hasn’t got a clue. Then the club can finally move in the right direction.

Collins is just the patsy in this shambles the team have been put together by Edin and his "yes man" Abbot . Unfortunately I don't think Collins is going to be picking up his P45 just yet but if things don't pick up will proberbly be asked to walk with a payoff which saves face for Edin.
