As far as I’m aware we have been waiting a response still.

 

But by who? Saturday afternoon shoppers (if there are any in Bradford any more) who won't give a damn or care less and will have forgotten all about it as soon as they've seen it.

 

I see you are not in agreement with what we are trying to achieve That's your personal opinion.. But don't say this won't work that won't work people won't be interested like your some kind of expert on this type of thing.

If it does come off you can thank us all later.

 

what if it doesn’t come off and makes things worse? what then? i’m not saying you aren’t entitled to do what you want, within reason, and of course it’s admirable - but have you thought about that?

i imagine if it doesn’t come off there’ll be certain people denying they ever had anything to do with it.

I understand your concerns and take them on board , but whats the alternative ?, fans have lost faith in all these false dawns . There is a ground swell that are worried and are reacting in a way they deem suitable . I back them to the hilt provided it's organised and peaceful , i dont want it to give the board / club ammunition to point fingers at any abuse etc .

 

i agree to your points. it just seems that everyone thinks there’s going to be a golden end to this in a short space of time where everything is rosey and as a team and a club we improve overnight.. people just need to be aware that that may not happen. this could go on for years as at other clubs - are people willing to stick to their principles? like i’ve mentioned on previous posts, a clear aim needs to be decided upon. if that aim is new ownership, if we start to improve and we have more investment - does the protest stop as we’ve improved and the owners have changed their tactics. or do they continue no matter what?

also, we are asking the club and owners to take responsibility for their actions but i fear that if this goes negatively those behind it will run as far and as fast as they can.

just saying it as i see it, as you know this is an open forum and people can chose to read, ignore or reply to whatever they like. if you don’t like what you read then ignore it. people are also allowed to have their own views and do not have to toe the party line. there are flaws in the proposals and those that i have previously pointed out on other posts have been accepted as things that have not been thought of or thought through. @Bantam42 can vouch for that.

in response to your claims regarding what i have supposedly implied - no, i don’t believe that everyone on this forum or who is part of the ‘movement’ is thick but i do think that from reading some posts, some people haven’t thought it all through and are, for a looser use of a phrase - ‘jumping on the bandwagon’ without realising what they will truly have to commit to. again, for example - those who may have previously stated boycotting of matches to protest but then 24 hours later changing their mind or stating that if we end up in the cup draw against a top side that they won’t be missing that one.

as i’ve alluded to previously, rushing into anything may cause more issues than actually waiting a couple of weeks and setting up a proper and thoroughly organised group with a secretary, minutes, chair, treasurer etc as this will add more weight and professionalism to your cause.

Well if you can't get your head round whysome supporters are trying to rid the club of someone who is trying his best to ruin it there is no hope for you.

I, and many others, don't see how a few minutes of a plane flying over a half empty stadium and maybe catching the eye of a few uninterested people in Forster Square retail park will have any impact on achieving that objective.

 

I'll have a £10 BBU wager with you that the fly bye gets coverage on both Look North & Calendar T&A, and the Yorkshire Post, I see your point this protest might not be of national interest but it will certainly be seen by more than your above comnent
