    Sparks said last night that the recent acquisitions have taken the total spending to over 2 million. So it begs a question how are we going to bring it down to match the salary cap next year

    Maybe one for the future played youth at Coventry, Scunthorpe and Grimsby. Signed senior terms with Grimsby then Middlesbrough. Scored four senior goals wow .

    I’m not bashing Trueman here but why would he have been watching him for a while? I didn’t think we necessarily ‘signed’ kids/players to play in the youth team so genuinely interested.

    Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate they’ll be aware of players out there but I just don’t see why they’d be actively monitoring..

    It’s next year that concerns me many of the wages which were exempt this season will be gone and new contracts will have to reflect the cap

    We have many players out of contract in the summer. And I’m not convinced the salary cap will still be around next season.

    I think it’s more a case of monitoring players generally doing their day job. Plus I believe he started at Scunthorpe so may well be known by Turnbull

    It doesn't even seem to be some culturally significant name. If you google it every first page result is him apart from the last one which is name.com which mentioned it doesn't appear once in the U.S. Social Security Administration public data.

    Seems to be the thing though these days to give kids strange names, its almost like child abuse by the parents. Do they not remember what its like being a child where anything different about you gets picked on
