Amazing place Kev with cracking restaurants. My current favourite is Bocconera, an Italian place. Went a couple of times, fantastic as Jose would say

Give the manager a healthy transfer budget per season and hope someone gets it right.

That is helped by overhaul signing better places that, say than those of that 2019 to 2021, as shown as we're in line for decent fees for two of them.

Those transfers goes back into the budget, which is why been self sustainable is far better than the sugar daddy approach.

Meanwhile if someone wants to sink a trillion pounds into us - then I'll personally escort Rupp out. But as that is a pipe dream, I'll back him for now.

See its this mentality that gives the club reasons to just be as pathetic as they are. Just waiting for you to roll out the "WhY dONt yOU BuY THe CluB" like the other old people keep saying.

I saw a post on TCA titled " What is the f****** point in this club" and I found myself not being able to find an answer. There is no point to us, we're a nothing club devoid of ability ambition and backbone.

I run a business - together with the CEO. And we've grown rapidly in the last two years.

If you read the WOAP link you'll have your answer.

We're far better financially off, as illustrated with us been more or less financially stable, than when he took over as our saleable assets today dwarf those we had in May 2016. Plus more invested in the football club. Of course paradoxically, we've been terrible on the pitch.

We lived off good cup runs and the terrific management of Phil Parkinson. Remember he followed three poor ones - illustrating that a bit of luck is needed if you are an owner.

Lawn admitted that they couldn't keep funding the club, to the level needed.

The type of thing Newcastle fans said when Ashley was in charge. They've also had to eat their words when their financially stable club became attractive.

The ground issue means that we're not attractive. That doesn't mean to say though that the stability elsewhere doesn't make us more attractive than we were a few years ago.

I assume, given how desperate you are, you'd have been delighted if we'd sold to Wagmi?

More of the same then. I am assuming this is your plan, as we have had diddly from the club.

Just honestly astounded given the body of evidence that the ownership and senior leadership has so much credit in the bank.

Hey, it’s a forum who am I to tell people that their opinions are wrong. However with great respect in my opinion some on here are just going on blind faith and almost an attitude of don’t dare question the club.

Said before fan base seems spilt on this and only adds to toxicity.

You said worst not worse. We are absolutely nowhere near the worst run club in football.

Krakow is one of my faves. Stunning hotel and food. The point of us as much as it is really frustrating is identity. Remember I grew up with the loiners at their peak. Revie the cheat etc. I would rather die than support that bab. It’s in our DNA. My only problem is Wycombe. Cambridge Oxford and even Burnley all massively a head of us. It makes me unhappy but it’s my club. That is all

You mean you don’t have foresight? I keep asking what is the plan? and how are we going to execute it. What are the timescales? How much is going to cost? What are the risks? and how will we minimise these and how much will it costs us in time and gold. I haven’t received any part from get the right manager and recruitment sorted and all will be good. You know what we have been trying to since Parky left.

Rupp isn't perfect, would I replace him - yes, but the whole tone of the we deserve betters, sums up modern society and its inflated sense of entitlement.

Work hard and you are more likely to achieve, can anyone honestly say that we have had a truly hard working playing squad since Parky left ? That's not Rupps fault, it's successive managers who haven't instilled the right work ethic.

Only Bowyer has come close and his failure was piss poor footballing style.

Yes. Plans take time. If Young and Lewis go, they are singings from 18 months ago - where realistically we won't see the benefit in better players until two years.

I'm interested in what you want. I guess someone who will rock up and give us millions endangering the FFP rules. Like good old Salford. Imagine that club if Peter Lim suddenly pulled out.

But please tell us. Frankly Richmond who I thought was great at the time, delivered us mid-table League 1 to mid-table League 1 ten seasons later plus a lot more debt. Is this what we want? A great roller coaster ride, which made it worse but we had some good memories?

Let me roll that right back at you. What do you want? are you happy with the way things are going?

In my view you can live on a wing and a prayer for a couple of years, but then your customers and your livelihood needs a plan. If you carry on doing what you have already done with no real results, then you will receive the same or worse. A business is a lively growing open organism, but you need to update and feedback to your customers about what you are doing.

But he appointed the manager! You think by now he would have a plan that any manager can work too, surely? The days of handing him a budget and telling him to get on with it are well and truly over.
