Like I care what you or any other poster on here thinks of me, when you have a few years SUPPORTING this club instead of constant bitching come back and your opinion might be more valid, now back to your beer or pipe.

 

Young kids coked up and drinking is a sad state of affairs. See it too often these days.

 

If anyone has demonstrated an agenda it is clearly you with your blind loyalty to ROD which is while touching shows who has the real agenda here, ROD is a keeper that is lower division or non league, He has played some good games for us but has made mistakes and let some really poor goals in, If you took your blinkers off you would notice the lack of vocal with a Defense that can be seen not to have that much faith in him,
Hornby has yet to prove himself but on appearances so far show he is marginally the better keeper who is very verbal and defenders seem to trust more and should be given more time and may even improve,
As for the Plonker remark others will judge that I am sure but the old adage comes to mind that if you lose the argument then attack the poster, This seems to be how you operate sadly as you do sometimes make a good post

I think you know I'll only stop "keeping the faith" mate when my times up, that doesn't mean I'm happy with the present situation or the football on show, even yesterday having a few beers with friends and family was one of the reasons I attended, caught up with a fellow supporter who I'd not spoken to for 20 years always something new watching Bradford City.
I did say my post may piss a few off but I thought most fans on here had a sense of humour obviously touched a nerve with RC bantam.

 

We made em all look good , even though they were no better than us Dave. Disappointed all round tbh.

Cook looked the opposite of fit for the entire time he was on.

 

I genuinely thought with our new guys available Cook & Angol available we had a very good chance of bringing all 3 points home, but after seeing the team sheet I was less optimist we looked like a bunch of kids playing on the local rec apart from the keeper the 10 outfield players were scratching their heads with regards what their job was, disappointing to say the least.

 

I think this is the point Dave, the right decision has to be to look for a longer term manager as all the chopping and changing never really works and many of us thought Adams could be that person but so far results have been disappointing - more than that it's been the lack of football nouse that has got me and the fact his nature means he has built very little rapport with the fans and indeed the club.

A long term manager has to be the aim but Adams has,so far, not ticked enough of the essential boxes to feel he is the right man

 

Aw.... I was hoping you were going to carry on and reel him in some more....

 

Good report in Width of the post I thought.

 

Questionable line up,Adams having no impact when analysing at half time and lack of ingenuity on the pitch. All down to dire coaching and management.Think you would at least see some positive signs of improvement after the amount of time he has had to make an impression here. All this with a complete revamp with science added to his backup team.So many questions and few answers as to why performances are stuck in a rut and consistently not near good enough.

 

So true pns, its like the whole club is just plodding through thick mud at present hoping something positive will happen
And Adams has been a massive disappointment so far

 

Adams speaks as if he knows that (and it probably is) his job is safe whatever dross he serves up.

 

Funny watching the players warm up with Kiwomya, Cook just couldn't be arsed.

Anyway back to match thread missed Rochdale Mrs Rocket as a slight injury . Listened to the match on Radio Lxxxs impressed with Morais comments and views, unfortunate regarding the injury to Angol . Watching on Quest I’m sure Angol would have scored if not having to pull up. We can only move on and see how the season goes. Hopefully Bronco see you on the Dolly Bus.
Busy weekend coming up City Saturday , Sunday it’s Cougartime Hunslet v Cougars (Mrs Rocket as given me the weekend off) Scarborough Taps 12 noon Sunday Keighley Massive.

 

Sick of reading on here that he should be given time etc like we should just write the season off. Don't tell me that no one can get a tune out of this lot, heck Trueman and Sellars did last season with the same players McCall had. How about Derek starts doing his bleeding job and starts making improvements. For a start, go with your strongest line up with a formation that suits who we have available. Then start recruiting where we are weak with players that fit your strategy. If we are just gonna go through the motions I'll find something more enjoyable to do with my time.

 

Our biggest problem is we have no real identity, last season we talked about playing possession football and bringing youth through then bring in a manager like Parkinson who’ll never give youth a chance unless they’re so stand out that they’ve already likely gone to a bigger club and prefers a direct style. So we start recruiting for a certain style then change manager and start recruiting another style completely it’s back and forth and that’s the reason people are wanting someone to be given time. T & S got a tune out of them briefly until we lost our last 7 games and had about as many shots total as we did yesterday. Something needs to be done from the very top, a vision but it won’t happen and we’ll keep chopping, changing and failing.
