I agree. Our club has been stolen from us by charlatans. That is why the present situation is so different to any dark days of the past, and why, for me, it requires a quite different response.

We were a close knit club we knew all the players by 1st name the chairman was a City fan we were all in it together we had hope we had faith and above all we were steered by a board who loved the club I even remember a certain player no names mentioned catching the bus to the ground with the fans another was no stranger to having a pre match drink in a hostelry close to the ground
We were a family cloud Management , Players,Fans all in it together

Maybe this is part of the reason we have so much unrest amongst the fans

 

It's well documented on here I dislike the owners with a passion. I want them gone, i don't want to put another penny their way.

However, I'll tell you now we wont go down, the players are learning and learning fast what it means to play for us. Former players, the Manager, the Fans and the clubs spirit is starting to put a desire into them. The victories will come regardless of that Twit that's fkd us over.

Like many I hated the Docherty era. It was dreadful. After witnessing a 1-0 home win, the Pennine radio commentator asked Docherty about the fans reaction to his style of play. Docherty replied ‘We won did n’t we. What more do they want?’. At that moment I decided I had no alternative but to boycott games. I could n’t support this kind of ‘football’. I missed two home games. I was n’t the only one. It was n’t easy for me. The first game I nearly caved. Instead I drove to St Ives in Bingley, parked up, could n’t leave the car because I was listening on the radio. After the next home game thankfully he was sacked. I’ve never missed a home game since other than work, holiday or family functions. This club is part of my life. I have n’t missed a home game this season including the Checkatrade crap but if Rahic is hiding low and taking back control of affairs to lead us to nowhere, I’ll soon be driving back to St Ives!

 

I feel the same about pompous fans using the term .. So called fans..
