Accrington have given this away with poor management, their 28 is absolute shite, shouldn’t be on the pitch. They’re trying to play better football than they’re capable of. Cracking game of football.

I was one of those who said at the start of the season they should do well as despite losing some of their squad to start with, they had good quality youth players mixed with some good experience. Not sure I was “licking their arse” in saying that.

Take a look at their current squad, plenty with good EPL/Championship experience - they should be pissing this league. They’ve lost Maja but brought in Grigg. They’re not performing anything like as they should be.

That said, despite all their draws/inconsistency they’re still only 3 points off 2nd. You sure there’s no chance?

 

My post wasn't aimed at you mate, but there were plenty of people claiming how great they were even when they needed referee assistance to scrape past us and we're shite. I look at their team and there's only Mcgeady, Grigg and McLaughlin who I'd consider above average league 1 players. I don't think they've got a better squad than Luton or Barnsley who are my tip for top 2, and that gap could well be 6 points at then end of today.

 

Sunderland went down the route of appointing an up and coming scottish manager/coach, what could possibly go wrong;

Good job City didn't follow suit,
