We don’t need Sparks and we didn’t need Rhodes before him. We we need is someone to not dance around Rupp.

It’s not harder to be different than Rhodes. He was a joke of a CEO.

Sparks is an opportunist. Fair play to him but doesn’t mean he’s any good. Means Rupp just doesn’t care enough.

 

Rupp is based in Germany and unlike Rahic doesn’t claim to know football that’s why he employs Sparks to make the football decisions on his behalf. Sparks is doing well but he won’t be at City long as he will go on to better things.

 

He posts on Twitter every week regardless of the results, can’t really say he’s hiding.

 

Pre asked questions are the only way to run a radio forum successfully as usually with a free for all you either get someone who won’t get off the airwaves waffling on, or long silence when nobody rings in and the presenter then asks his own questions while waiting for someone to call.

I agree with you here, seen a few on here say he’ll go onto bigger things. First of all who? Secondly what has he done to get their attention?

3 years in football with no prior knot experience, 1 year as CEO and he’s gone through 3 managers and we get gates of 15k and sit mid table league 2. Plus he’s talked up promotion this year, so if that doesn’t happen it’ll be another thing against him.

Other than new chairs, paint and talking a good game what are his achievements to declare he’ll be off to better things? If he is to he needs this club to succeed first, that’s what he’ll be judged on by any potential employer.

I'm not sure a major company would take a punt on him as a CEO but he might get a gig as a communication director or something like that. He understands social media but as you say as CEO he needs the club to be successful on his CV. Never know he might end up with his best mate at Peterborough, it said in their local tag today they were looking for a CEO with £100k price tag. I'll bet hes on nowhere near that at Bradford.

 

The armistice silence requires gravitas and taking te knee does not provide that.
