I believe a big factor tomorrow will be the weather, an update suggests it's not going to be as bad as originally forecast Friday good luck you guys.

I imagine the meeting point is where the protest is although a few will likely meet on North parade for a pint first I would have thought.

Reaction from the owner and CEO, probably zero, going on the past few months. stick your head in the sand and hope it all goes away , ostrich type of approach.

I assume the protest is now shelved and that season tickets duly renewed.

No but you can still say thank you to those who made Rupp pay attention. Had we done it your way the club wouldn't have been interested.

No offence. It's just how it works.

I think we need to keep the pressure on and make sure Mr Rupp is true to his word.
I will still turn up at 1.30, let him know 1 open letter changes nothing .
It would have been better to stand in front of the fans and say these things 2 weeks ago.

Why what's changed? Because he wrote a letter? He's done nothing he's changed nothing, that smug cretin is still in charge.

Read what he wrote to us after Rahic and see if he stuck to what he promised then.

He's changed nothing so we change nothing.

    From the ISG.

Dear Bantams, We are always pleased when a communication comes from our owner Stefan Rupp. Unfortunately, the communication is either when mistakes have happened or a takeover attempt is made. We wrote to Mr Rupp on behalf of our members and he chose not to engage.

We outlined that we wanted communication so fantastic that this point has been met but we also outlined a short, medium and long term plan, a true fans forum with both Stefan Rupp and Ryan Sparks in attendance. Alas, we've seen some of the same aims made in previous...s

Statements and though we agree that mistakes have been made by SR and RS, nothing has changed. The club has still regressed under Stefan's ownership and the direction of Ryan Sparks. We welcome the intention of Stefan Rupp to progress and we expect him to deliver

But until a real ambitious plan is delivered for the short, medium and long term future of this football club, effective communication from the club and its figureheads and a willingness to engage with supporters then our actions will continue. The protest will go ahead.

We question the timing of this statement. Low ST sales, supporter unrest and a protest due to go ahead the next day. It is over to you Mr Rupp. Deliver some elements of what you have promised and our supporters will back a wider plan. Fail to do so and they will not.

Still got to happen. Can't let a fairly waffling statement with all the key parts just copied and pasted from his Rahic statement, change the thinking.

If anything, a protest is MORE important after the statement. As Rupp needs to see he can't just kick the can down the road with his words, he needs to be held accountable for action.

So other than putting out a statement of intent for next season and promising to be more involved, what other actions could he take right now?
Can he buy the ground? No
Can he sign new players? No

He could sack sparks and bring in a new CEO but I doubt even that would passify some on here.

I’ve renewed ST and I’m (for now) happy with the statement. Proof will be in the summer once the window opens and contract renewals are offered.
Another miserable summer and piss poor pre season friendly performances going into the new season and I’ll be right behind you all kicking Rupps / Sparks door through
