    It is about fitness but I'm not sure results dont matter, didn't Harrogate batter us 7 - 2 when tweedle de & tweedle dumb were in charge, and little changed during their short career as manager/coaches at City.

    Look, the results in pre-season don't really matter as much as the workout but they do have a bearing on what follows. Losing 7.2 to Harrogate Town or winning 5 zip at BPA. I know which I take. Doesn't mean we are going to storm the league, but it tells us a lot about professionalism, fitness, team spirit etc.

    It's a solid start to pre-season and we couldn't ask for more.

    I thought trialists circulated their “availability“ for trial to every club, otherwise how would the club know of their existence/ availability? It’s not the secret service.
