O'Connor is a hot head as Aberdeen found out.He was less than complimentary about their fans so doubt he will care
what we think.He will no doubt regret what he did in anger but,he's burnt his bridges because our fans won't ever give
him any slack for disrespecting the fans,the club and the other players.

I also think Drury showed his lack of nous as taking the captaincy off O'Connor wouldn't have an upbeat affect would it?
Having done that Drury subs Caddis probably due to being booked and in danger of another and being sent off but the
arm band should of been given to Akpan as O'Connor no doubt thought it was rubbing it in giving him it back.

In any event,I don't want to see O'Connor playing again without a sincere apology and explanation as to why he did it.

He was not aware of what O'Connor did, but will look into the indecent.
Can our team get any worse, Drury saying our players do care, and they gave there all, but Pompey were clinical.
Drury say's he has no interest in the job long term, fair comment to the lad, he says we need someone who can turn us around and start us winning.

 

Radio Leeds just watched it and discussed. They said they'll ask Drury. Let's see.

Drury was perfectly right to take the captaincy off him. O'Connor proved today that he wasn't worthy of it. He's not even worthy of a place on the bench.
