Lots Luton for me. Or Abu Eisa.

Not one player stands out based on consistent performances this season.
In fact it's only now after a managerial change I'm starting to connect with this group of players.
Roll on the summer recruitment drive under Hughes and his staff. -
If we had to have one, I'd probably go with Vernam. He's one who has shown quality - but he's been missing for far too many games.

Don't think there really is a player of the season, it will probably just go to Paudie because he's played a lot.
Vernam has been the glimpses man with his dodgy fitness record. He's only featured in 42% of City L2 minutes this season and scored the second most goals in open play this season. -
His passing is dreadful, has been dreadful and will remain forever dreadful. His passes to Songo’o across the back are nothing short of a horror movie. -

Don’t think there is anybody any doubt our most consistent player is Paudie

And interesting that we've largely stopped conceding those types of goals now we have a keeper who isn't rooted to his line. -

I'm not sure your claim that we're badly struggling against this new breed of pacy lone strikers is actually true? -
On a similar theme how many big old grizzly centre forwards have scored against us this term.
It’s the support players to the pacy forward who creates the space in the first instance, that also score goals.
The main observation is goals against, compared to the top 6 . That’s where the issue lies, coupled with goals for . Irrespective of how many are conceded if you don’t score, which we don’t generally, we have a toxic mix and a lousy league position.
That’s where we are sadly. -

I guess by the fact he didn't wear a tie, that the award came as a suprise to him
-
They can wear what they want for me. Its what they do match days that count.
Although some of the things the young uns where these days, make the 70's and 80's fashions look almost respectable. -
