It say's it all, we as a club are in so much shit posters have to gloat at how our ex manager is doing, very sad but not unexpected.

 

Strange how their fans blame the manager but ours blame the owners

 

I'd have him back in a flash, as would many others.

Bolton are shite. He's overachieved with them this season.

 

I've figured it out, Ricc just hates success.

Much rather have pretty football that doesn't provide any progress. Each to their own I suppose.

 

As far as Bolton is concerned I don’t give a Monkeys. However I am very pleased for Parky because he gave us some great times. And as we are finding out once again that success is hard to come by

 

Reaching the premiership with Jewell was the outstanding achievement, football wise in my lifetime but as far as excitement and glory goes Parky outshines it with the cup runs and the fans.

yet against Arsenal, Chelsea away Aston villa home & away and wigan away I presume you cheered as loud as any city fan, not bad for a fraud, like his style of football or not he gave us some of the best results in our history and so deserves a lot more respect than some of our fans give him

Yes he comes across on a regular basis to my barbers the Cut Above in Manchester Road but obviously I go and have mine cut where as he has it stuck back on with horse glue, but why am I telling you this, you have the same problem keeping your wig on.

I would have Parky back in a heartbeat. He was such a good fit for us under Lawn and Rhodes, alas, I cannot see him returning under the current regime

 

Jewell perhaps who had the benefit of huge budgets in comparison. But in terms of achievement nobody else betters him

guys a dinosaur. and a complete fraud. Bolton fans are realising this, its just a shame he's still got a load of City fans fooled into thinking the bloke has a modicum of ability or skill as a manager.

 

Why do you think fellow fans who might have a diffrrent opinion to you about Phil Parkinson @Ricc have been fooled, the above mentioned managers were all great during the very short managerial careers at Valley Parade Phil Parkinson imptoved our club season on season over 5 of so seasons, sorry Ricc he fooled no one.

I'd take him back tomorrow if the old regime came back. He'd be needed.

 

Managers require lots of stars to align and sometimes a good manager is not enough, Alan muller had a sensational stint at bha first time round and a mediocre 2nd spell(same manager) If you catch a team that happens to be on the rise and you pay Burton Albion 4k for a player that scores you 36 then a good lucky manager can do no wrong. Mourino has a knack of joining up with a top side cash heavy and it has mostly worked for him. Could he do any better at Burnley Brighton or Bournemouth and would their managers fail at united, we will never know. Give me an honest hard working and loyal manager and anything else is a bonus.

 

Well Parky knows football, his record proves that.

 

We all have opinions @Ricc but just to quote you "guys a dinosaur. and a complete fraud" adds very little to the debate, even if we accept your dinosaur comment (which I don't) it achieved what we all wanted at the time but you seem to conveniently forget that, the club was in free fall until he came onboard fact, and I don't understand your "fraud" comment care to elaborate.

Definition of fraud : wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.

If anyone is a fraud we need to look no further than our present manager who keeps telling us fans "he's a Championship manager" without showing anything like it with the players at his disposal.
