I would have been wasting my time voting Brexit as the Tories would not sit out in constituencies they couldn't win and give the Brexit party chance to get disgruntled Labour supports to vote for them bad move in my opinion.
You could argue I wasted my vote on the Tories after Judith Cummings was re-elected ( with a lower majority) but I couldn't vote for a party that had so many problems least of all a leader who for years had been anti EU then miraculously couldn't make his mind up and declared himself "Brexit nutral"
With regards Judith Cummings I can assure you she was not in support of leaving as she told me on two occasions when I Emailed her.
She was not prepared to vote for something that she believed would leave her constituents worse off and cost jobs.
When I Emiled her the second time I told her she was not representing myself and many more who voted lbrexit her reply was similar to her first Email.
Needless to say on my final Email to her I said if she still held that belief I could not support either her or the Labour Party who I had always voted for previously, I don't get a reply.

Alot of seats moving to Blue where they had forever been Red was down to Labour switching to the Bexit Party and lowering Labours vote. It almost happened in Bradford South.

You wanted Brexit and you wanted to not vote for Labour but didn't vote for the Brexit party? Makes no sense whatsoever to vote for the tories.

I found the grooming gang association and “thick as pig shit” comment offensive too so what now, we delete the entire thread? You and Staffordbantam may well have found those labels offensive, and in truth they are but it’s a reality and that’s the important thing here. Like it or not, those are some of the stereotypes some remain voters have on those who voted to leave the EU. In many cases, they struggle to differentiate between the good and the bad and can’t get their heads around the fact that not all 17.4 Million Brexit voters are the same. It’s the exact same reasoning which makes me disagree with some of the associations made about Naz Shah voters on this thread. You obviously disagree with it which given your reluctance to accept some of the sweeping stereotypes about Brexit voters in return is rank hypocrisy tbh.

Moving on, my was deleted for “personal abuse”, only it wasn’t personal. You know very well I wasn’t calling you those things directly. Context is everything, but our friend Staffordbantam obviously isn’t having it. Ruins every single thread when he decides to get involved. We were perfectly capable of discussing this issue without him deciding to delete everything.

Your post is a rattling drone of inane drivel as usual that you're somehow using to try and justify voting Tory instead of Brexit as a protest vote. Doesn't wash with me. I think you admire Boris and I'll throw in Trump and Hopkins too.

    How am I doing?

The "thick as pig shit" comment. Did I miss where you have to take an IQ test to vote or is it not true that under democracy two people "thick as pig shit" could out vote someone like Albert Einstein?

    Therefore the comment stands.

Rebecca Long-Bailey has been sacked from Labour's shadow cabinet after sharing an article that "contained an antisemitic conspiracy theory".
When will they ever learn when will they ever learn, didnt take to her anyway.

In conjunction with actress Maxine Peake whom I liked as an actress when she first came on the screen in 'shameless' but it turns out she's just another rabid leftie...

Strange isn't it. The same people who were celebrating a man from Burnley being sacked for promoting material they deemed as racist are disgusted at Rebecca Long Bailey being sacked for promoting material that can be deemed as anti-semetic.

It's all great being part of the mob bashing everyone you don't agree with, but one day the mob will turn onto something you do agree with.

I'm growing to Starmer, I actually think I could vote for this Labour party.

Edin, check out who Starmer is married to and his two children and you will get a big clue why he will come down hard on those who tweet anti-semitic material.
Or allegedly anti-semitic and not just anti-current Israeli government policy of stealing other peoples lands for settlements.

They tried to play the politically correct game and jump on the moral highground bandwagon, but have now ended up in a situation where no MP can say anything without fear of being micro analysed. I have no sympathry for Long-Bailey at all but do want Starmer to sack her from the party all together, not allow her to still pick up a wage at our expense. And for no other reason than shits and giggles. Because Labour have more than anyone helped create this mess that we see. Where a rule of fear has seen horrendous scandals like tidal wave of grooming gangs allowed to roam free from prosecution because of the same sort of shit that has Long-Bailey lose her cabinet position.

At the present minute the Labour party can't afford a civil war after the general Election fiasco.

The media and doing their damnest to keep people at each others throat. At the beginning the black lives matter movement brought people together and that worried them, it doesn't fit either main parties narrative to have people together in unison, now we are more fractured as a society than we were before George Floyd was killed. How the hell does that work?

Absolutely doesn't matter how intelligent voters are, all that matters is how many voters parties get onside.

Corbyn was a heavy failure, and Starmer has a lot of work to do.

If voters really were as thick as had been suggested then it shouldn't be hard to win their vote.

Starmer needs to purge Labour of the momentum loons that have run it into the ground for the last 5 years.

    This is a good start.
